New Worries for NaMo

Indian prime minister successfully closed all highways to him or PMO for all those unscrupulous industrialists ,arms dealers ,license seekers and land grabbers at Surat, Gujarat ,law breaker diamond merchants and international power brokers in the USA and outside America but new highways are automatically opened with addresses like Shalabh ‘Shalli’ Kumar, president of the National Indian American Public Policy Institute, and Dr. Bharat Barai, who is president of the Indian American Community Federation ( Foundation) .Those who fail in/at New Delhi will now catch this shortest route ! It is a question frequently asked by/amongst NRIs, PIOs and partners at NaMo’s MSG jamboree ,” Who has collected huge sum in the name and for NaMo ?” The amount varies ,but the conservative figure is one million US $ ,the other liberal & charitable figure is two million US$. The estimated expense at MSG is one million US $ .The figure may be anything but every one who is questioned confirm the fund raising in the name/for NaMo. NaMo should inquire and exonerate these two gentlemen who happens to be good and respectable citizens of the USA. Both happened to be my near and dear friends years back. We lost contacts but I do not doubt their honesty and integrity.
Now it is up to revenue services of the USA and RAW to find out the skeletons in cupboards in the USA and India respectively.

After I posted my last four Blogs I was surprised and shocked to read

I made few discrete inquiries. I received the confirmation of fund raising in the name/for NaMo. No one could give exact figures but there was a fire and finally smoke has emerged over Madison Square Garden.
I feel that there are many unnecessary hypes on behalf of NaMo. His interview to CNN,CNN-IBN made a minute crack in his steel frame. A rediff.com write up completed the job. His devotee supporters crossed all limits in self publicity little realizing that by their innocent act they are doing tremendous damage and injustice to all saffron leaders who have visited the USA in 1993 and afterwards. Three scores of members of parliament visited Chicago on Air India’s inaugural direct flight to Chicago. No wonder Air India is in ICU on permanent basis since then. All these and other MPS were/are son in laws of India and Indians.Media and media persons are not free from this syndrome. Today except prime minister’s carrier, ‘Air India One ’, no other Air India air vehicle is fit for the prime minister’s travels.

The internecine differences amongst the NaMo lovers to get the maximum from proximity to NaMo gradually turned into a blame name game, typical of Indians anywhere in the world. Narendra Modi of 1993 is a changed man in 2014.He metamorphosed from a simple RSS sevak-pracharak with only two pairs of clothes as his personal property to the prime minister of India via CM office in Gandhinagar.CM –Common Man transformed into PM- Prime Minister.But my friends in the USA for nearly four decades did not change a bit.

All NaMo lovers needed to maintain a very low profile .They ruined the glory of a collective effort of felicitating a real leader of Indian masses. While doing a quick but equally labourious analysis of the data, I realized that for Indians it is difficult to forget and leave behind their nationality, religion, caste,sub-caste, religious sect, sub-sect, class, village, region, language and politics involved in each of them. There is no objection to keeping one’s distinct identity. In America, as citizens of America they do exactly what they despised once vis a vis Muslims who preferred to stay in India after 1947. Due to irresponsible and anti-Indian behavior of the few misguided elements expressing Pro-Pakistan feelings , though sporadically but in a very systematic, planned methodology all Muslims are made suspect by all non-Muslims. A very large majority of Muslims hate such activities but they and their feelings are subdued out of sheer fear from their few priests and their hard liner followers.

For Indian Americans as citizens of the USA ,only the interests of the country they live in should/need be the first and last priority. As it appears the fact is contrary to the ideal and legal requirement. All these years they conducted a sort of ‘indirect hate America campaign’ for issue of visa denied to an Indian politician! India Caucus is from Nehru’s days. It is formed by and large by US legislators with different political identities. Members of India Caucus are never found to be anti-Americans. For them America and America’s interests are first and last. It is just possible for the members of this group to receive cash or kind from Indian Embassy as remuneration for lobbying , permissible by laws with a rider to disclosures by written statements in detail.

Indian Americans failed to recognize this transparency which is conspicuous in India by ABSENCE. In US,provincial and federal legislators resolve what to do how far and how much and what not to do in any circumstances. Barack Obama appeals his Republican adversaries for support but he would not try to buy their integrity and honesty in any circumstances. Recent political history of India suggests a very pathetic situation. It is nothing but buy and sale,often en mass,of legislators who are popularly known as Ayarams and Gayarams. All are identified as ‘Patlibadlus”. There are provisions to prevent defection/s, but they were made by lawbreaker lawmakers,hence,new defectors know the loop holes. Most recent realpolitik was /is by none other than Narendra Modi .To make Congress Free India he congressised BJP , now as he is @PMOIndia he will undertake purification of BJP! Once you get polluted for temporary gain then be pollution free.The entire country is plagued by this virus.

NaMo has many shortcomings and there are numerous acts of omissions and commissions in his account. He does not claim to be a saint politician. There is ingrained corruption in his blood. The paradox is that his personal life is limited to himself and his office ! He has family yet he is not a family man. He opted to ‘desert’ his family years back not to gain anything .He dedicated himself to RSS. In that capacity he stayed at/with many RSS sympathizers and supporters. He never forgot the help he received in cash or kind including meals. Whenever he got the opportunity he almost returned the obligations to all except his adversaries in RSS and BJP. There it is/was the clash of ego and interests to gain supremacy and power,absolute power. In the process where did his family including mother, brothers, sister and their families go? I know him and have followed him since 1991 , the year I met him for the first time. After that I never met him. I had no reason to see him. As far as I know Narendra Modi never helped any of the siblings as a result of which today they lead a respectable life of economically middle and barely upper middle class life. By American standards they are leading life of a poor family ! There are very few politicians now having this sort of detachment. None of his relatives want to introduce as NaMo’s relative. There is much hulla-gulla about his wife Jasodaben. i don’t think there marriage is a marriage in real sense. They parted immediately after marriage willingly without a formal divorce. i give many +++ to Jasodaben who has not uttered a word against or about NaMo and her in laws.
Any Indian male would like to have a wife like Jasodaben. No question of social, economical and political blackmailing on the basis of relationship.Those who fail to understand and respect the basic tenet of marriage and fasting will never understand the meaning of life, soul and loyal relationship.

Narendra Modi has done everything that American,Japanese, Singaporean and European politicians in general will refrain from doing. His supporters and BJP legislators have left him behind in political blackmailing, economic frauds and misuse of power ,position by all corrupt means.BJP is as such a worthless, useless ,spineless and redundant party for long. The political power is the only glue keeping the flock together. i see no difference between BJP, Congress, SP, JD(U),BJD,BSP, DMK,AIDMK, NC,PDP,CPI,CPI(M),TMC, TRS, TDP, NCP, Shiv Sena, Manse, RPI and other groups. Their genes, RNA,DNA are the same with different banner-boards and variety of colours of flag .The majority of Indian politicians are corrupt, very corrupt and very highly corrupt. So are the administrators. There is a difference of degree ,not of kind. By American, Japanese and Singaporean standard there is only Government of God which protects India and Indians from anarchy and terrorism of/by elected lawmakers who are basically potential and proven lawbreakers forming governments in states and center.

Then the imperative question is why support to/for NaMo?

Narendra Modi is the last Indian prime minister having a clear majority.Rajiv Gandhi had a larger and more powerful mandate . Except for few innovative steps he lost the chance to usher in basic constitutional changes and laws with legal framework. He lost the opportunity and his life was wasted in vain albeit beneficial, till to-date, in all manners to his legal heirs. The key to all round international support and wel-come to NaMo is his clear majority in Lok Sabha and control over party apparatus.Minus direct control over armed forces, he prevails over party, executive and judiciary. He is very close to Xi Jinping who is all in one in the People’s Republic of China. He tries to be one but stupid democracy (sic) is a big hurdle. His herd of corrupt MPs will not dare to topple him due to omnipresent Big Brother having complete individual dossiers! Till 2019 he will be there @PMOIndia.
World leaders are not fools .They know everything of everything worth knowing according to their needs , pretending all the while not knowing anything about India and Indians. More precise to say they know the exact measure of every Indian leader, army officer and government secretary with their price tag in money, comforts ,wine, women ,love for worldly pleasures and weaknesses of family including children.

Dr.Bharat Barai and Shalabh @Shalli Kumar may be successful professionals .Both failed to learn anything from past and present US legislators.Democrats and Republicans comprising the majority at US Capitol resolved to observe September30,2014 as Indo-American Friendship Day .They are unanimous in recognising the importance of friendship with India. The result of negotiations are yet to come and US government may not be satisfied with what they get on the issues mainly of WTO, Intellectual Property Rights, Nuclear energy,Arms Deals.Other bilateral subjects related to Pakistan, China, AF-Pak Terror issue, Kashmir and aid in terms of US $ may not please the visiting Indian prime minister.

It is true that Shalli Kumar is senior to Bharat Barai. Who knows his connections with Indian National Congress and Nehru-Gandhi family? If he is an outright BJP supporter then also he could/should have restrained till October 01,2014 in issuing notice to Bharat Barai and releasing it to press in India. I consider his behavior as that of an immature US citizen. Is it not a sort of black mailing of NaMo via Bharat Barai? Agreed, Bharat Barai failed to keep every partner in confidence in all manners but the glory of the event is lost.Shalli Kumar and Bharat Barai must be knowing the fate of octogenarian founder leaders of BJP in India.Ego and lust to share a seat with prime minister ruined the atmosphere rare for any past prime minster of India. Narendra Modi is capable of handling such situations. i will not be surprised if he prefers making all aspirants ineffective by just ignoring them.

Except students, majority of NRIs and PIOs are in the USA for ten to fifty years. By now the most of them must have acquired a citizen status. Many of them might have served in US armed forces. The manner in which they conduct themselves lead many in India to believe that they want to enjoy and take benefit of the best of the USA and India. Their law compliance in the USA is obvious but in India they want all judicial benefits without honouring any judicial and regulatory norms keeping their bonafide Indian counterparts at distinct disadvantageous position.In Civil and administrative revenue suits against their Indian applicants or opponents, they hire an advocate and leave India for good .Number of cases pending for trials go on increasing every year. Their advocate pull on the trial on flimsy grounds and the Indian applicant/opponent goes on attending the court.

Recent regulations ushered in by Obama Administration make it mandatory for them to disclose all properties and sources of income in India. Their property dealings were hitherto not disclosed to the Government of the USA. Their bank accounts in fictitious names or in the names of Indian relatives go unattended by the US government. I have studied the issue in detail and I feel that now the time is ripe for the government of the USA to ask all Indian Americans who are citizens and who are having LPR status (Green Card Holders) to file an affidavit confirming to the facts about/of owning or not owning agricultural lands, other lands,house properties, securities, postal accounts, bank accounts, shares ,bank and other fixed deposits, civil, administrative revenue as well as economic offences and criminal cases pending anywhere in India. American Embassy in New Delhi and US Consul Generals should verify these affidavits at random in the beginning and case wise afterwards. This will disclose many skeletons and increase the revenue of the US Exchequer. Government of India will definitely oppose and be reluctant to co-operate for ostensible reasons.Many politicians have transferred their unaccounted money to undisclosed destinations in the USA and other tax havens. Indian Americans buying any property in India have to create black money to the tune of sixty to seventy percentage of the deal. This they do by unscrupulous dollar-rupee trade and hawala rackets.When they sale any property the huge amount of black money is generated which is accommodated by another purchase of other property.The resultant spare money becomes a tool for hawala rackets and money laundering.Part of this hawala money is likely to go to the underworld and terrorist outfits running their sleeper cells and maintaining moles.

Bonafide Indian citizens have to resort to generate Black Money,buy other property and spend the spare money in an unimaginable luxurious manner.This creates an artificial flux in the market leading to hype of progress.This vicious cycle is the result of the laws Indians inherited from the British.Plethora of laws,rules and regulations are complicated every year by successive finance and law ministers.The Government of the USA and Americans who are direct descendents of the immigrants who came to America years back,fought the Independence war, founded the USA and survived their nation through civil war will naturally cannot imagine this 60:40 or 70:30 transactions because the founders of the American constitution were very careful about rule of law and transparency,nothing but transparency in the administration of law and justice at every stage in any sphere of life. I recognize these Americans as real Americans.

The immigrants who settled in the USA brought “their good and bad” with them.Taking full advantages of the system in the USA their numbers increased.The distinct identity of Asian Americans,Indian Americans Chinese Americans etc came later on.With increased numbers of their green card holders turning into citizens created pockets or mini lands and subsequently vote bank politics. The British Empire got finished as a result of immigrants from all the countries once ruled by Her/His Majesty’s Government. Europe is passing through this phase. Time has come for the USA to wake up.

Why Government of India can not adopt this?

Periodic rants by Indian politicians about black money in Swiss banks and other tax havens abroad are just to fool Indian voters en mass and provide full,free entertainment to media and media persons.
Black Money means the difference between the actual transaction price and the documented price. Documents are made to satisfy legal norms and the price shown is as per juntry prevalent in the area of transaction. Juntry Price is Prevalent Market Rate taken into consideration for deciding compensation in cases of any type of acquisition either by government or by private individual or industry.The difference between Actual Value and Prevalent Market Value is BLACK MONEY ,unaccounted money,under table money.

The Government of India under prime ministers from Nehru to Modi and The Republic of India under presidents from Dr.Rajendra Prasad to Pranb Mukherji have willingly added every year adding to pool of Black Money.Except a very restricted number of officers of the State were/are all corrupt,neck deep corrupt. Every one knows this phenomenon,but no one speaks about it .

Why?

From President of India to a Peon in any panchayat office via the prime minister and chief ministers of states need black money to gain power,strengthen it and maintain it. The flow of black money in CORRUPTION has encompassed all spheres of public life, polity, government offices, police, army, judiciary, elections, crime rackets, underworld and terrorists.

The natural question is why this discussion at the time of Indian prime minister’s US visit ? Is it not a breach of propriety?

Yes, it is a breach of propriety. When the proportion of black money has reached its all time high and when the malady has reached the USA after “finishing” India and Indians,it is imperative in this era of globalization to save at least one country where rule of law and transparency is still maintained.

It is note worthy that NRIs and PIOs mainly Indian Americans propelled Narendra Modi’s electoral victory. As per my rough calculation, every vote polled for BJP was as costly as Rs.5000 to 10,000.Every vote polled in favour of BJP was a vote for NaMo or Narendra Modi. All these votes are generated by Black Money. Narendra Modi would not dare to be transparent about the money he collected and spent.

Narendra Modi is the last prime minister of India to have a clear majority in Lok Sabha. If he fails to initiate basic changes,India and Indians will miss the bus for ever. He can afford now to be honest and non corrupt. If he succeeds to transform laws, rules and regulations into a transparent system for land and natural resources,the problem of much needed ‘right political connections’ will disappear. He has to see that The State ceases to be the major Land Grabber to help industries and industrialists. He has to make a legal provision for all black money declarations for a period of twenty five years tax free, punishment free. He has to change all relevant laws to facilitate these declarations. All transactions be not under 60:40 or 70:30 system but as it is in the USA under 100% white documentation system.

If this is done India’s beggar status will change to a creditor status.No NRI and PIO will be required to remit any amount to increase foreign currency reserves. Market will have surplus money and industries as well as industrialists will not have to worry about finance.

NaMo can afford to do this.

Why?

Narendra Modi has no son,no daughter, no son in law,no daughter in law,no grand children or any living encumbrances.His relatives have not used his name any where any time. They have not sought any favour whatsoever. His personal life is non corrupt. Indians are his family and India is his home i.e. property. Whatever acts of omission and commission recorded on his account are worth pardoning. Forget his past and forgive him for all mistakes as the Americans have done to their well known presidents.

Narendra Modi is a Historical Accident in Indian politics. If he fails to deliver, India is sure to disintegrate.

On the eve of Indian prime minster’s US visit the media and citizens in the USA are engaged in arguments in favour and against the relaxations in laws,rules and regulations pertaining to immigration.

The views and counterviews are plausible and need a close appreciation and the follow up decision. Legislators across the USA have short term and long term perspectives.H1B & F1 visa holders if given LPR status ( Green Card ) can be someday proved to be assets to the USA. All illegal immigrants should be caught by national door to door hunt and subsequently deported. Permanent set up for this specific purpose will generate numerous jobs and in the long run it will prove to be profitable. Illegal immigrants have fleeced US exchequer to unimaginable extents.

H1b visa holders are a source of revenue to the US exchequer. F1 visa holders when turn H1B visa holders will add to the tax payers pool.

In the legislative history of the USA there are enough evidences of Democrats, Republicans and other splinter groups like Liberal Democrats, Green Party leaving aside their minor and major policy differences and forging one voice on the issues of national interests. The most recent example is of US legislators resolving unanimously for observing September 30, 2014 as Indo-American Friendship Day.
Narendra Modi, as the prime minister of India is wel-come by all US citizens.

Why?

It is in the larger interests of the USA to convince the present and all future governments in India about the genuineness and seriousness of the friendship. Geo-politico-nomical issues have changed horizontally and vertically in recent 100 days and this reality demands US legislators behave in a much needed pragmatic manner.

Sycophants , hypocrites and NaMo lovers in India and the USA will hail this as NaMo’s personal score+ but NaMo is yet to generate and get such unanimity with opponent political groups except on issues of getting a very pliable judiciary, increase in legislators’ salaries and perquisites and land legislations favouring industrialists in outright manners .NaMo with this mercurial majority mandate will never dare to abolish BLACK MONEY in/within India by proposing radical changes in Indian laws..
Indian reality juxtaposed with American reality will convince US legislators to be pragmatic and have a liberal attitude for immigrants. I advocate strict punitive actions against all illegal immigrants and NRIs, PIOs who try to be another Rajat Gupta or Devyani Khobragade !

Naturalisation process may be linked with drafting for short service or permanent service commission in US Army, Navy & Air Force. Except Israel,I don’t know about provisions for compulsory military drafting in other countries. In India , citizens in general dislike joining armed forces. Compulsory Military Training for all eligible citizens is out of question. If introduced , it will be a sure exit pass for any popular government having any mandate. A clear majority or a lame-duck mandate is irrelevant on this issue.

The linking of compulsory military drafting with changes in visa status i.e. from green card to citizenship will filter the odd lot disliked today by all. Subsequently the changes in relevant US Laws for all present and future US citizens will be imperative.

NaMo’s Hosts at MSG

I am in the USA to attend reception of Narendra Modi , the prime minister of India at Madison Square Garden, New York on September 28,2014.The civic reception is under the auspices of Indian American Community Foundation, specially formed for this specific purpose.
I analysed the data of Indian American Community Foundation. Of 408 organisations registered on line 88 have no websites.52 organisations have Facebook,Google+ and Twitter accounts. All are media loving.6 demanded feedback from me.the majority have info@ABCDEF as their contact e mail address. Few are conservative in parting information. Notable number have IACF Indian American Community Foundation website i.e. PMVisit.org as their address!

Initially it was planned to organize the function under banner OFBJP Overseas Friends of BJP . It was founded during 1960-1970 under different name (now of no consequence and relevance ) by immigrants from India. These Indians reached the USA not for establishing a branch of Bhartiya Jana Sangh or a shakha of RSS. Basically they reached there in search of green pastures, opportunities, further studies and ultimate settlement. Many of the NRIs ,PIOs are here for more than fifty years. Almost all are very rich.

My analysis of partner organizations under IACF is as following:

Of 408 partners from nearly half of states and territories of the USA like Alaska, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire ,New Mexico ,North Carolina, Rhode Island,South Carolina, Washington, District of Columbia ,Colorado ,Delaware ,Mississippi ,Tennessee ,Connecticut ,Ohio and Florida have symbolic representation of 1 to 10 organisations.

Massachusetts,Virginia, Illinois, Texas and Maryland have representation of 11 to 20 organisations.

3.
Pennsylvania and California have representation of 21 to 30 organisations.

4.
No state is represented with organization strength in the range of 31 to 90.

5.
New York and New Jersey are represented with 91 to 115 organisations.

6.
Canada is represented with 1 to7 organisations from Quibec and Ontario.

No partners were registered from Alabama,Arkansas,Hawaii ,Idaho ,Kansas ,Kentucky, Louisiana ,,Maine,
Missouri ,Montana ,Nebraska ,Nevada ,North Dakota ,Oklahoma,Oregon ,South Dakota,Utah, Vermont ,West Virginia, Wisconsin,Wyoming ,American Samoa ,Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Majority of Hindu partners are Brahmans and devotees affiliated to temple organizations of all sections of Swaminarayan and Vaishnav sects, Ramkabir, Sanatan Dharma, Santram , Saibaba ,Tirupati-Tirumala, Ayappa , Durga, Navgrah, ISKON and Jalaram Bapa.

Institutions in Vedic studies ,philosophy of Aurobindo and Art of Living are also represented.
Educational institutions like Bhavans (Bharatya Vidya Bhavan),Language institutes/organizations are mainly for Hindi ,Sanskrut ,Telugu,Tamil ,Kannada ,Marathi,Sindhi ,Konkani and Malayalee.

Movement for separate state of Telangana reached the USA long back and there are at least two organizations with a distinct identity.

Gujarat is represented by numerous Gujarat/Gujarati Samaj subdivided into those belonging to villages, cities and regions of Gujarat with their caste as well as sub-caste..

Representation from Bihar-Jharkhand, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Odisha are few but symbolic in the sense their members are big shots. Uttar Pradesh is represented by Yadav Sabha.
Kashmiri Hindus are notable and very vocal for their fellow compatriots neglected for ever by the rest of India and Indians.

Retired Army officers though few are not behind but unique in their sense of loyalty to the USA. Though old, age wise ,they are ready to enlist for US Army !, Why ? They maintain that when we served in India, we were Indian soldiers and as we are now

They keep their regiment /battalion flag with Indian Tricolor flying along with Star Spangled Banner. Narendra Modi has two fads. His fad about China has assumed the proportion of obsession. The hang over of Xi Jinping’s visit is still there. He has embarked upon publicity blitzkrieg of image building for the benefit of the Government of the USA.He selected CNN for his first ever TV interview as the prime minister of India. His choice of TV anchor to interview him is/was Fareed Zakaria who is an employee of CNN and a columnist of The Washington Post.

Who is Fareed Zakaria ? What are his credentials as a journalist ? Is this his first job? If ,no, then where was he employed ? If yes, why he had to leave/resign that coveted post ? We wait till he answers these questions.

If these questions and answers thereof are known to everyone, why he was selected by our prime minister ?

It is now an established fact that CNN,CNN-IBN ,TV18 and NW18 are Mukesh Nita Ambani’s private channel and media outfits. They are appendages of IMT Independent Media Trust , a piggy company of another piggy company of RIL @ Mukesh Nita Ambani! I have challenged the deal and CCI as well as SEBI are expected to advise me soon.

NaMo @PMOIndia ‘s MN Ambani @RIL connection comes here in play. On one hand, Narendra Modi @PMOIndia forbids his cabinet and other ministers to grant TV or any other media interviews to private channels and news papers. Those ministers and government information department are supposed to contact only Door Darshan and PTI ,that too with PMO’s prior knowledge and permission.

Now DD and PTI will have to pay the fees to CNN,CNN-IBN for telecasting PM’s interviews. NaMo and his government is favouring MN Ambani’s company. This is a blatant favouritism and hypocrisy at the highest level of so called transparent and non-corrupt governance !

Xi Jinping in India

Hello India :

Xi Jinping ,the one and only one representing the people’s Republic of China is on his state visit of India. Due to Pakistan’s internal instability he preferred to postpone his Pakistan visit. Sophomores in BJP and Indian American Community Foundation as well as Overseas Friends of BJP ( OFBJP )hail it as NaMo’s + score. As a student on matters relating to China ,Taiwan, Southern Expansion of the Chinese as well as Global expansion of the Chinese and Asian Indians I would like to rate Xi Jinping’s visit as an attempt by NaMo @PMOIndia to increase and solidify his aura and rule of his persona,governance and government. NaMo’s intended aim is to increase his credibility, acceptability at national and international levels. Namo will translate Xi Jinping’s power play into his own during his forthcoming UNO and USA visits.

I do not see any notable, remarkable shift in China’s attitude towards India. In Pakistan ,it is ISI, Pakistan Army and Allah decide everything. In China ,it is PLA and long term Chinese interests decide everything.

Xi Jinping is supposed to be head of the communist party of China, government in People’s Republic of China and PLA – People’s Liberation Army. His stoic smile,wearing in NaMo Jacket and his wife’s Awara tunes should not be taken lightly. The movements of PLA troops in uniform and civil dress are well timed to keep NaMo @PMOIndia at bay. His much advertised hardness or strictness means nothing to world powers. India needs China more than China needs India.

Indian Amichands like Mukesh Ambani @RIL et al & Jaychands in UPA 2 have already handed over strategic information vital to India’s interests. They kept aside Indian industrial giants and awarded contracts to Chinese companies.Now NaMo is completing the task left by his inglorious predecessors.
NaMo @PMOIndia harps on peace on Indo-China borders ,the hot spots being Damchok, Chumar Nathu La. China have maintained that Sikkim,Arunachal, part of Nagaland,Leh- Ladakh, Akshai Chin ,Gilgit ,Hunja are Chinese lands and Jammu & Kashmir are disputed territories. Will Xi Jinping compromise on his country’s territorial claims ?

China is dumping ,on daily basis, cheap and substandard consumer goods through safe windows on Indo-China borders. Indian traders buy and sell those goods without realizing that they are being made instrumental in destroying India’s small scale industries and handicrafts. The job now to be fulfilled is to make India’s medium and heavy industries paralysed and dependent on them for ever. We have hardly anything to sell in/to China except raw materials by depleting our natural resources.

Results of bye-elections will serve as a breather to NaMo antagonists in and outside BJP. media and media persons will now think that the days of reckoning have come and their innings of wealth, wine and women will have a fresh start.

None of my friends and experts in political analysis agreed to/with my assertion that there is/was no NaMo wave or NaMo Tsunami. If there were any, NaMo ,the prime ministerial designate then would have enough courage to select near ideal candidates.Despite the presence of highly qualified persons of high integrity and excellence in BJP, the gang of four ( NaMo, Raj Nath Singh, Arun Jaitley and Ravi Shankar Prasad) opted to select only “winnable” candidates the majority of whom are/were proven law breakers and criminals. They knew it very well that they are fooling the voters en mass with the active connivance of media, media persons and crony capitalists like Mukesh Nita Ambani and unscrupulous moneyed bags alike.

Now the question is , ‘what next’ ?

If NaMo @PMOIndia continues to rule like he did after his swearing in,he has nothing to worry.

the only thing he has to do is to infuse transparency in governance by abolishing 60:40 system and the menace of Black Money generated from it. He has to undertake the ceasarian surgery of majority of laws which have helped in creation of Black Money.

NaMo has literally laid siege on media with whose active support he created a mirage of NaMo wave. Media is yet to decipher this Gujarat model! There is one dictum ,”use & throw” that media is yet to experience fully. Media & media persons have to learn the art of not being used and then being thrown away. Till the ascent of NaMo @PMOIndia , media and media persons often succeeded in manipulating chief ministers and prime ministers to their requirements. Politicians were easy ploys. In turn politicians too manipulated media persons having corrupt inbuilt desires for wealth, wine and women ! Politicians as they are often took services of crony capitalists to invest on media and media persons. The dirty nexus or trio ruined India’s journalism and journalists. The proprietors of media used their employees as contact persons to serve their ulterior motives in revenues in the forms of government advertisements, imported news print, realty dealings, often criminal activities like running a chit fund or rackets in stock market. The complete circle can not encircle NaMo because he has understood thoroughly all the secrets of strengths (sic) and weaknesses of media and media persons. He would prefer to rely on PR agency located abroad to sub serve his national and international PR needs. i don’t see any media baron (sic) and media person in India who can stand with erect spine and talk to him eye to eye. NaMo knows how to handle them to his best benefits.

With the progress of social media and knowing well its importance NaMo has mastered its techniques too. He has a battery of loyal IT experts paid by/from unknown source/s. These professionals create a mirage of number of followers on Twitter ,Facebook and other such handles. It is easy, cheap, convenient ,ready at/on hand to communicate through this medium. Whatever news or no news can be generated in only 140 characters. The most of the rulers of the world are almost proxy rulers and rely upon secretaries and assistants to prepare publicity materials. This man, NaMo has concentrated all the powers of government and governance in himself so the others have to look at him for everything.

There is hardly any prime minister or president or head of state having no family or children or a woman friend having all assets of womanhood! Few of the rulers have more than one lady ,the other (spare wheel) in some hotel or guest house or resort on permanent basis.The ‘other’ remains always, the person might be different replacements. NaMo has all Indians as his only siblings and India is his home i.e PROPERTY !

There is hardly any politician, government officer, industrialist, media person, judge, advocate ,doctor or public figure who has NO”family worries & tensions” . NaMo is FREE from it. Other’s weaknesses are his STRENGTHS much liked by the worst critic like me.

Media and media persons have to learn to live and sustain without politics, if they decide to boycott NaMo. Can you ever imagine any media without politics and films ? NaMo knows this very well. So he manipulated everyone with TWITTER.

If one likes or dislikes him that hardly is a matter of concern for him. He will have scores of ever disposables like Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani to supply black money 1 If he decides to go transparent by abolishing 60:40 and black money generated from it to be stored mainly in /within India,no one EXCEPT GOD can remove him from the highest seat @PMOIndia !

On August 31,2014 ,I chanced upon a full page advertisement by Pacific Gas and Electiric Company signed by Mr. Anthony F. Earley,Jr.,Chairman of the Board,Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. What is the importance of these designations?

The posts held by Mr.Anthony F.Earley ,Jr. is equivalent to those/that of (A) our most respected Cyrus Mistry,Azim Premji ,Anand Mahindra and Narayan Murthi(B) and the other successful ones who form/ed NAMO@ CMOGUJATAT”S now NAMO@ PMOIndia’s cartel including Sudhir Mehta, Karsanbhai Patel, Shashi Ruia, Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani (C)and the most condemned forming the privy league are ‘Kingfisher’Vijay Mallya,’Satyam’ Raju ,’Sahara’ Subrato Roy and many more!

I was very sad to compare and contrast Mr.Anthony F.Earley, Jr.with my company RIL’s Chairman, Mukesh Ambani in respect of accountability and responsibility towards his company’s victims, citizens of India and his own shareholders. He behaved as if RIL was his sole oenership company disregarding the meager five percent of shareholders who are not related to him or his family members in any manner.
He took everybody for granted.

i received e mail the same day from Mr. Nilkanth Pandya ,Surat informing me about the status of cases against RGTIL due for final disposal by the Supreme Court of India. Nilkanth Pandya,his brotherTrilok Pandya and Laljibhai Savalia were few of thousands of RIL/RGTIL victims spread over five Indian states.The trio pursued the CRUSADE against RGTIL to Gujarat High Court and eventually to the Supreme Court of India.i was a Third Party victim. My claim was not beyond Rs.75,000/-Rupees seventy five thousand only. The Competent Authority ruled that the P and M.P.Act has no provision to pay compensation to third parties! In that case I was required to file a claim before Gujarat high Court. The initial estimated expense was Rs.100,000/-rupees one lac only. That also was excused by me but No Advocate was ready to file case against Mukesh Ambani as an individual and as the Chairman of RIL!

I wrote to Prime Minister Dr. Man Mohan Singh, Chairperson of NAC Mrs. Sonia Gandhi,Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas,Mr.Murli Deora ,Law Minister,Dr.Veerappa Moily and ‘oft quoted Common Man’, Mr. Narendra Modi CMO@Gujarat.No body replied. At last I wrote to the Chief Justice of India. His office refused to entertain my application as a party in person. Right from Mamlatdar , Prant Officer, Collector, Revenue Secretary, Chief Secretary ,District Judge, High Court and Supreme Court everywhere I had the same experience. No body wanted to say a word against Mr.Mukarsh Ambani and RIL! Gujarati and English news papers were not ready to receive my press notes. None of them was ready to publish my press notes as paid news item or in the form of advertisement.Both entities are/were sacrosanct and holier that God! At that very moment, I decided to fight it out “extra -legally” ( outside legal forum) but constitutionally and in a non-violent way.

I started writing Blogs and the caravan of RGTIL Victims started. The association of RGTIL Affected Agriculturists was formed at Gandevi Taluka, Navsari District. Meanwhile we lost main architect Shri Pareshbhai. Now Shri Bharatbhai and Shri Prashantbhai have held the flag high. More than twenty cases were registered at District Court,Navsari. There too, no advocate is/was ready to name Mr.Mukesh Ambani in his personal capacity ! I prepared a model case memo naming the invincible Mukesh Ambani. The office of the district court returned it on “technical’ grounds. On personal inquiry the gentleman in charge said,” your case is good but……”then he pointed to Mr. Mukesh Ambani’s name and remarked,”what about this?” So everywhere either he or I was untouchable !The leading advocate at Navsari kept a copy of my memo and said, ‘it will be useful in aversions”. I said in reply, ” in counter aversions also…”

I intend to publish my book ,” Mukesh Nita Ambani -The Unroyal Royal ONG Couple” and I will invite and include guest chapters by Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan who are holding the front at New Delhi and Supreme court of India. In fact we three have visualized long back that we are likely to be murdered at any time, any where. We have not asked for any police protection. Why ? It is our convivtion that only the culprits require police protection. The higher the criminality of a person the higher would be the category of security like Z, Z+, Z++! GOD PROTECTS US, that is fine for us. Arvind Kejriwal extended my agenda by exposing Mukesh Ambani’s dubious relationship with Narendra Modi and compelled Saurabh Patel that he is Mukesh Ambani’s brother in law. His TV exposures expedited Mukesh Ambani’s take over of TV18 and NW 18. I telephoned Nilkanthbhai and informed him about P G and E Company’s ad. I prepared my petition memo and as time was very short sent e mail and unsigned on line Blog application to the concerned authorities. The following day USA’s federal judge was quoted to have penalized British Petroleum to the tune of 18 billion US $( New York Times News). Subsequently I filed application regarding the Competition Commission of India and objected its green signal to Mukesh Ambani’s take over of TV 18 and NW 18. As if God is helping RGTIL Victims, the sequence of events occurred one by one .

September 2014 will be memorable for all consumers and victims of companies involved in exploration, transportation and distribution of oil and gas.

We will have comparable judgments fixing accountability ,responsibility, attitude of owners, proprietors, chairman, managing director, CEO chief executive officers ,board members, managers and employees towards payment of COMPENSATION to consumers and others.

Companies in the USA are Pacific Gas and Electric Company and British Petroleum. Indian company is RGTIL Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Limited ,a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited . Mukesh-Nita Ambani and their children as well as relatives are believed to own nearly 95% RIL shares. RGTIL when turned a huge profit earning venture MN Ambani offloaded it from RGTIL bandwagon without giving a single paisa to RIL’s shareholders. Later on he is believed to have sold it to British Petroleum.

Though laws , law enforcement agencies, judicial set ups and judiciaries are different in both DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES , SCI’s verdict is most likely to generate chain reactions which will reverberate for long and have everlasting effect on India’s politics, laws, law enforcement agencies ,judges judiciary and globalization of Indian industries,commerce and trade.

The darkest hour in our judiciary was pertaining to Bhopal Gas Tragedy. The ironical fact remains that Government of India facilitated safe escape or passage to chairman of Union Carbide who happened to be an American Gentleman ! The State was his collaborator and judiciary was naturally co-collaborator. Was judiciary independent ,then ?? Definitely not.

Now see the tragedy .At present we will have American standard to judge our judges and judiciary.
The then chief Justice who delivered the verdict was later on , post retirement, made in charge of the benevolent fund for gas tragedy victims ! The acceptance of lucrative posts and positions ,after retirement, by supreme court and high court judges has assumed endemic proportion. That has been followed , ingloriously, by few of notable Chief Justices of India. i will not be surprised to know their overt and covert relationship with Mukesh Ambani and RIL. i wonder often are the salaries and post retirement benefits of our judges and chief justices are that poor that they do not meet ends in their retirement ? The same is the case with retired IAS,IPS,IRS,IFS officers. Many of them are parked in Mukesh Nita Ambani’s private piggy companies !

If citizens understand the phenomenon as quid pro quo, who is at fault??

SCI will give final verdict on SPL (civil) cases No. (A) 2226 of 2010, (B) 2260 and 2277 of 2010, (C)2725 of 2010 – (D)2228 and 2257 of 2020 all filed by RGTIL Victims most probably on 8th or 9th September 2014.

There is hardly any sphere in India and any aspect in any Indian’s life that MN Ambani and his Reliance Industries Limited are not involved directly or indirectly. It can be said that two Big Brothers are ruling India. The elder one is Narendra Modi who is de jure prime minister and the younger one is Mukesh Nita Ambani who is the de facto prime minister of India. Howsoever Narendra Modi tries to shrug off and dump MN Ambani he can not. How? NaMo was CMOGujarat but there MN Ambani’s brother in law Saurabh Patel was there to provide pen drives of policies. Every minute move was not beyond MN Ambani’s eyes.NaMo is now PMOIndia but the clout of MN Ambani is here there and everywhere in New Delhi. From Pranab Mukerji to a peon in any office ,it is difficult to identify a person who has not worked for this unscrupulous industrialist.

I felt so because the way the mergers and acquisitions were affected and okayed before and at the time of take over of TV 18 and NW 18 by Independent Media Trust, a subsidiary (sic) of RIL went through almost unopposed. At least it seems so to me. There was an uproar in media circles about it . That was like birds and deers getting hither and thither on the arrival of a tiger or a lion. Those who shouted the most were probably butter and cheese winners in the past from Antilian Ambani. Truth, courage ,difference, freedom of speech and expression, law ,justice,democracy are dictionary words having no meaning whatsoever when there is any issue pertaining this Amichand or Jaychand of contemporary India.

All news papers are so weary and fearful that they avoid to publish anything pertaining to MN Ambani or Antilian children. Yes they will publish RIL press releases, paid news, articles by Parimal Nathwani on Dhirubhai Ambani equating him with none other than Mahatma Gandhi! No editor or subeditor or reporter will dare to amend any spelling mistake in such a release by RIL. Why ?
They are all afraid of defamation cases by Mukesh Nita Ambani. RIL is believed to have hired all senior advocates in India who are said to be on RIL @ MN Ambani’s permanent pay roll! I will be surprised to find any judicial officer (who has preferred judicial service to private practice) from district to supreme court level who can file an affidavit of having not enjoyed overt or covert relationship with RIL and Antilian Ambani. All TV anchors and channels know this very well. Except goody-goody news bite and a soft PR interviews they will prefer to be Mahatma Gandhi’s Living Monkeys! Old lady at Boribunder will not hesitate to flash a front page story about spa, gym, garage, laundry room, ball room, kitchen and helipad penned by an authoress having success label of none other than Penguin! Truth,nothing but truth prevails in Mumbai’s Wall Street and Fleet Street. Truth means Big Brothers of India.

I tried to google Independent Media Trust. i tried with government websites. i yahooed also.i tried search engines of Facebook, Twitter and Google+. I tried to know from editors, sub-editors who prevails over social media. My all efforts were stonewalled! i know about China’s Firewall. So I could guess the situation.

As last resort I tried cci.gov.in. I read The Competition Act 2002,No.12 of 2003, The Competition ( Amendment ) Act,2007. I searched archives. I did not get any thing. then I thought that now this is NaMo @PMOIndia’s e governance which is in near future likely to be digital also.With all hopes I sent online application, its rejoinder and at last a reminder. Till now no reply is the best reply!

i happen to be a stakeholder in RIL, Reliance Industries Limited

i also happen to be one of the persons affected and yet not compensated by RGTIL, one of the piggy companies of RIL.i have understood from my sources in the USA that RIL has failed to come clean in its relationship with investors. The paid writers mislead the news papers in India & UK . i have requested the agent and agency to issue clarifications and I am waiting for reply. i am sure that I will not get any reply.

i am sure RIL must have played dirty tricks and mislead Competition Commission of India in its successful bid to acquire TV18 and NW18.RIL has gagged my press notes regarding the plight of RGTIL Affected Agriculturists in South Gujarat by its dubious and equally corrupt methods. I need all the papers to contest the take over of these media companies by Independent Media Trust and few other piggy companies of RIL.

Please advise me and manage to send the objections raised by any one at the time of the impugned takeover and CCI’s deliberations to dispose of them. Dear madam,
RIL has successfully taken you all at CCI on a ride.
Please check the credentials of Independent Media Trust which is not independent, media is not media but business and trust is not trust but contrary to it in all manners. Reported induction of Dipak Parekh on its board ,if true ,raises doubts about DP’s credentials.
Is/was RGTIL registered with your office? When it was convenient it was offloaded by Mukesh Nita Ambani withoit single paise’s benefit to RIL shareholders. It is no more a RIL company, I suspect with valid reasons that expenses incurred on any issues pertaining to RGTIL are debited to RIL’s accounts and uge profits earned cue to RGTIL operations are credited to Mukesh Nita Ambani’s private account.
Please refer to my recent blog which dwells in detail on modus operandi of RIL and Mukesh Nita Ambani. That will help you to understand where you all at CCI stand vis a vis IMT ,RIL,TV18 and NTW 18.

Meanwhile i read a brief news item in a Gujarati daily,Sandesh published from Surat, Gujarat,India regarding deliberations by CCI regarding the merger of Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy. I sent Tweets @suchetadalal @sagarikaghose @sardesairajdeep regarding applicability of Section 29 (2) to declare take over of TV18 and NW 18 by IMT @ RIL null and void. i did not get any reply.It is obvious . They will not reply in future also.
I googled CCI today and found the following press release. I searched all CCi windows but no trace of what I wanted was there.

CCI invites comments from public in respect of proposed merger between Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy
On 06.05.2014, the Competition Commission of India received a notice from Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited (Sun Pharma) and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited (Ranbaxy) in relation to the merger of Ranbaxy into Sun Pharma.

In terms of Section 29(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 (Act), the Commission formed a prima facie opinion that the combination is likely to have an appreciable adverse effect on competition and accordingly directed Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy (Parties) to publish details of the combination within ten working days for bringing the combination to the knowledge or information of the public and persons affected or likely to be affected by such combination.

The parties are required to publish the details of the combination in All India editions of four leading daily newspapers, including at least two business newspapers, and also host the same on their respective websites. The said details are also available on the website of the Commission (http://cci.gov.in/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=196).

2.Why should Ministry of Law and Justice as well as Ministry of Corporate Affairs declare ,suo moto,the impugned deal between IMT @RIL and TV18 as well as NW18 ?

Narendra Modi is probably the last Indian politician winning parliamentary polls with a clear single party majority in Lok Sabha.Rajiv Gandhi had this opportunity which was wasted as far as reformation of the system was/is concerned. Dr.Man Mohan Singh in the footsteps of Tat Shri PV Narsimha Rao and Raja Chelliah tried very hard to infuse changes but he had his limitations of coalition power politics. One step for which I thank him was to appoint Dr.Raghuram Rajan as the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. Dr.Rajan is a frank, outspoken, fearless and a hardcore realist with a very erect spine, intact mind and individuality of honest observation and discretion. He diagnosed aptly. He observed that lands, right political connections and natural resources are/were the main factors to play pivotal role in deciding India’s fate.

Everyone is interested in acquiring lands, agricultural and non-agricultural .If it can be obtained free of any investment it is much desired. The easiest route was to make the State the prime land grabber! The Land Acquisition Act was a ready tool. The State acquired the lands and disposed of under various pretext. Right political connection was the key to it. Next came the utilization of natural resources through allocation. Answer to this was also in the hands of The State run by politicians. The compensation set up was inbuilt in the Land Acquisition Act.The P and M.P.Act and other acts were enacted to fulfill the requirement of the day.The Competent Authority was ascribed the responsibility of acquisition and deciding the compensation. There was no provision for redressal of third party damages.
The compensation was decided by taking the mean of values as shown in sale/purchase deeds duly registered for a prescribed duration. That is/was Prevalent Market Value. The generation of BLack Money started at this stage. As it was /is the practice from the days when the Acts were enacted say precisely year of 1894,the deeds never reflected the actual/real amount paid/received. It was hardly 30%. This practice was adopted to save stamp duty, court fees, registration fees and subsequent taxes under Income Tax Act. The PREVALENT MARKET VALUE for actual transaction/practice is different from that adopted for legal purposes. The gap between the two is nothing but BLACK MONEY, unaccounted money, under table money. The proportion of Black Money has now crossed its all time high.

The lands acquired were compensated by adopting Legal Prevalent Market Value and the amount arising from difference between the Actual/real PMV and legal PMV went to administrators, officers, ministers, chief ministers,prime minsters, judges and Gods ! Everyone from the President of India to Peon of a Panchayat via Chief Minister and Prime Minister knows it. Everybody loves it. I love it very much. So no one wants to part with it for ever.

The procedure adopted by RGTIL @ RIL for land acquisition under the P and M.P.Act was unilateral, arbitrary, ad hoc and unjustified. The company decided the route for underground pipeline to be laid and without considering the practical difficulties of the respective property owners undertook the acquisition per physical force in some cases by employing JCB machines to demolish built structures and to uproot trees in many cases fruit bearing also. It goes without saying that the local administration and police remained mute under the direction of state government of the respective state. All these objectionable procedures were undertaken just to facilitate the completion of the laying of under ground pipe lines within the specific time frame.

Mukesh Nita Ambani wanted to utilize the facility at the earliest. He with the connivance of the then chief minister of AP N. Chandrababu Naidu acquired in dubious manner the KG Basin Block lands. Dept of Hydrocarbons ,Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas cleared exploration by RIL in record time keeping PSU ONGC waiting in the wings for such permission. Now NaMo @PMOIndia asks why the PSUs are sick ! The black money N .Chandrababu Naidu received from MN Ambani partly went to Ramoji Rao ,owner of TV 18 and NW 18. Mukesh Nita Ambani ultimately acquired TV 18 and NW 18 in a very strange manner okayed by the Competition Commission of India. The chapters never end because there is no end to Mukesh Nita Ambani’s private piggy companies.

On paper RGTIL @RIL completed all procedures. In Navsari District of Gujarat Mukesh Nita Ambani’s officers indulged in forgery and fabrication of false documents. It was brought to notice but nothing happened to the culprits. The awards by the respective CAs are themselves the testaments of injustice and denial of level playing field to property owners. The responsibility and accountability of RGTIL @RIL enjoying land user rights ,are missing. Duties of property owners (under whose lands the pipeline is laid) are fixed the violation of which may lead to criminal offence requiring punitive action and imprisonment. There is no provision for compensation to third parties aggrieved by RGTIL @RIL’s procedures. Majority of claims were rejected, the damages done to third parties, government properties like canals, nalas, roads and gram panchayat’s properties were NOT compensated. Revenue courts refrained from giving reason orders against RGTIL @RIL and ratified nutation entries disregarding land owners’ objections. The awards of CAs are in local language .So at the time of litigation at the level of High Courts and SCI the aggrieved victim has to submit English translation of all papers. RGTIL @ RIL was always reluctant to provide English Text of the award. At the level of High Courts and Supreme Court, the English version is perused. The greatest secret is here. The legal meaning of Gujarati Text is different from that of English Text ! There the company scores over the opponent.

The appeal authority is the respective District Judge. Aggrieved Victim of RGTIL @ RIL has to file a case. For that he has to pay court fees, advocate’s fees. Who will file a case for a sum of fifty thousand rupees or less ? The minimum initial expense would be somewhere thirty thousand rupees. The way Indian Courts function, it would take minimum twelve years! The aggrieved third party has no remedy at the district court level, so the case has to be registered at high court where the initial expenses at the present rate would be rupees one lakh only !There also twelve years’ period is the minimum waiting for final resolution.

Now the aforesaid advertisement has to be examined vis a vis RGTIL @RIL @ Mukesh Nita Ambani.
One has to judge the behavior of the Chairman, CEO and Managing Director in both the cases. Mukesh Nita Ambani is NOT accountable and responsible. He started works for pipelines under different piggy companies ostensibly a RIL subsidiary. In South Gujarat it was RGTIL. When the project was commissioned and the company started earning huge profits, Mukesh Nita Ambani offloaded it from RIL bandwagon and made it sole individual ownership company. RIL’s share holders were not taken into confidence and were not given a single rupee for RIL’s investment in the project. The unscrupulous behavior of Mukesh Nita Ambani continued without any impediment. How? That is where the existence or absence of our governments at every level is manifest.

What we see in case of PG and E Corporation, USA is wonderful and beyond any Indian’s imagination. Tata, Infosys, Wipro and Mahindra are fair but they have not reached this level of accountability and responsibility. Chairman, CEO of the company accepting his own and company’s liabilities is something strange by Indian standards.

Mukesh Nita Ambani deserves ceremonial public dumping by all standards. He is not fit to be Indian Nathan or Medicci. Though he resides at Antilia whose every floor/room is believed to be in the name of his this or that piggy company,he is by all means Amichand or Jayachand of contemporary India.

NaMo @CMO Gujarat and Saurabh Patel, cabinet minister,Gujarat functioned as MN Ambani’s agents cum care takers. RGTIL @ MN Ambani @RIL procured services of counsels (sic) having close affinity with the powers that be to thwart all attempts by RGTIL Affected Agriculturists and non agriculturists of AP,TN,Karnataka, Maharashtra and Gujarat. The number and amounts of rejected claims by various Competent Authorities in different states run into (several) thousands. The officers and lawyers of RGTIL @MN Ambani @RIL hijacked quasijudicial and legal machinery in such a way that it can be said of RGTIL @MN Ambani @RIL to have achieved illegal targets by absolutely legal ways. The State is a collaborator in aborting justice”.

d.(i)That the minutes of ministries held by Saurabh Patel , Government of Gujarat during his tenures as a minster be remanded for judicial review for any favours,due or undue ,granted to MN Ambani, RGTIL and RIL,( Saurabh Patel happens to be MN Ambani’s brother in law),
d.(ii)That the CEO Gujarat be directed to speed up similar inquiry against Saurabh Patel wherein the applicant has joined as a third party in the case of Saurabh Patel vs. Arvind Kejriwal,
e.That the roles played by N. Chandrababu Naidu and Narendra Modi in their capacity of being the chief minister of AP and Gujarat respectively in giving favours,due and undue,to MN Ambani,RGTIL,RIL be examined to exhonerate them from stigma of a very high level of corruption.
f.That the text of this Blog and other blogs be considered as the materials in proof,
g.That the applicant prefers to file online internet application to initiate public debate at national and international level,
