i had my first direct encounter with RGTIL officials during the inintial years of Narendra Modi as CM of Gujarat.RGTIL officers said confidently that RGTIL@RIL pocketed GoI,GoG and all concerned that matter in defacto rule .i vowed that day that he will not rest in peace. There is very loud cacophony about NaMo being dangersome to USA and in retaliation USA is busy in designing the backward slide of India’s most popular leader,Narendra Modi.i am not surprised to read Mr.Gautam Sen’s article in which he drew parallel between Egypt’s fallen leader and the other world personalities.Having followed NaMo,BJP,Congress and Indian polity for years,i have examined pros and cons of the issue.

Mr.Gautam Sen and Mr.Bhailal Patel have missed the point. Overseas Friends of BJP and supporters of NaMo are crying for NaMo’s US visa.

i am yet to know if NaMo@narendramodi@BJP ever protested these campaigns. NaMo has been very successful in these paid as well as contributory publicity, often adverse, as per his designs. He wants to be in perennial publicity and he prefers to rest his gun over USA’s shoulders.

USA knows it well that NaMo’s palace is founded on pack of fragile cards. It can be blowed anytime without any effort. NaMo’s adversaries in BJP, Congress and elsewhere simply can not do this because they do not want to part with their loot money even for party’s sake. The booty or loot money is in safe heavens that include USA. The second reason is NaMo’s all adversaries are neck-dip in corruption. Many are more corrupt than NaMo.

AK@Arvind Kejriwal@Aam Aadmi Party is only a grass leaf having no roots anywhere. Yet NaMo has no peace of mind. With INR 5000/- crores at his own diposal, he has no reason to be afraid of anybody. The media, Indian as well as Western, is corrupt. NaMo knows that they have their price. He pays.

He should now concentrate on selecting ‘clean’ candidates to hijack plans of his adversaries. RaGa @INC copied NaMo’s 2011 slogan,’ Hun nahi, aapne’ (Not I, We). NaMo coined this slogan and forgot to implement it. He is a political scientist. He needs to refresh his knowledge of history. INC@ Jawaharlal Nehru hijacked populist socialistic ideology and at Awadi’s AICC session Congress went leftist. Reds @CPI and CPI-M too tried to hijack Congress by infiltrating it.Ultra leftist or populist stance of INC is due to them. BJP itself hijacked Gandhian ideology at its founding session at Mumbai. As such, except the different colours of flags and topies, there is no difference between BJP and Congress.

Then the question is why NaMo is jittery? Why USA card or hand every time when he finds sailing going rough, tough and equally difficult? Who needs the other the most? Does USA need NaMo? Is he inevitable? Is he that important to fear and be afraid of? The Time ,The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, BBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post should verify their journo’s credentials and where about. If they start ignoring NaMo, NaMo’s palace of cult built on well organised publicity will start crumbling. There should be voluntary and ‘temporary’ complete black out about news from India. Then see the magic of Truth.It is extremely difficult for NaMo to pass a single day without a photograph in advertisement or news. He is in self love. He is suffering from NaMo-phobia. He will go mad if all TV channels stop showing any NaMo-clip for a week or so! It is probable that Morsi was counselling his Muslim Brotherhood associates of the need to bide their time.

Narendra Modi’s case is not fundamentally different because it is feared that Modi and his supporters will curtail the huge incursions into India by US agencies the UPA has facilitated. It is assumed that once Modi forms the government and becomes aware that India’s is well on the way to becoming a US banana republic satellite–in the age-old Central American and Asian tradition, subject to indirect rule–he will move to end it. The US has evidently infiltrated India on a massive scale, blackmailing politicians with covertly acquired information, sponsoring countless secular and religious foundations and the purchase of a huge swathe of the Indian media.

However, the erstwhile BJP as such was not really a drawback for the US because some of its prominent leaders have been very close to the US, virtual spokesmen for it. Others bent over backwards during the tenure of the NDA to please. Two of the BJP’s most senior decision makers, including the late Brajesh Mishra, even made offers of sending Indian troops to join the coalition in Afghanistan. The Americans themselves had not made such a request to India because it would have sent their vital ally in the Afghan war into veritable frenzy. This idea was very wisely vetoed personally by Atal Behari Vajpayee himself!

The Muslim Brotherhood is now facing savage repression, with the US-backed Egyptian military embarked on a reign of terror. It has not hesitated to kill hundreds of civilian Muslim Brotherhood demonstrators, including many women, by the simple expedient of shooting them while they slept. It is also systematically decapitating the Muslim Brotherhood political leadership. The Egyptian military has effectively re-imposed a dictatorship that is a prelude to shepherding its own pliant creatures into power, but through a process that assures an outward democratic fig leaf. The Muslim Brotherhood has been denounced as a terrorist organisation and cannot contest elections.

An even harsher version of this model for maintaining US control was tried out successfully in Algeria during the 1990s. The US and French sponsored Algerian military dispensation killed anything up to 300,000 civilians to eliminate the radical Islamic Salvation Group. The free Fourth Estate of Europe and the US played its usual collaborationist role. It blamed the army of the Islamic Salvation Group for the widespread killings, often of their own supporters, in orgies of mindless bloodlust, however incredible and unlikely that might appear. The bloody conflict lasted a decade and ended with the total destruction of the Islamic radicals. The Western intervention, which has destroyed much of Syria, killing more than 150,000 people, to the approving clamour of the Western human rights lobby, is another variant for re-imposing imperial control over a country. The invasion and destruction of Iraq was another, the death toll approximately 2 million so far.

The Indo-US nuclear accord has puzzled many observers, especially the mostly ill-informed Indian public. Some insiders involved in the negotiation of the Indo-US Nuclear Accord were also mystified by the US decision to allow India to ascend, in effect, to the extraordinary status of a bona fide nuclear power. Even more apparently inexplicable was the direct efforts made by President George Bush Jnr. himself to ensure a favourable outcome at the IAEA negotiations. He made a personal phone call to the President of China at a crucial juncture of the negotiations, when the latter embarked on a discreet, last-minute manoeuvre to scupper the deal it had agreed earlier with the US.

An excellent, revealing account of China’s machinations, by a senior Indian journalist present in Vienna was buried by his editor, the owner of India’s most pro-Chinese daily. In the end, the most knowledgeable attributed this paramount political American decision, recognising India as a nuclear power, to President Bush supposedly becoming enamoured with the country on a visit during the 1990s. It is unconvincing, indeed inconceivable that such a decision of huge political import could have been the product of a sentimental whim. Although it is possible Bush acquired an undue affection for India, however weird that might seem to even the most patriotic Indian.

The decision to accord India nuclear status occurred because of a US perception that it had finally managed to acquire a durable foothold in it and access to high level Indian decision-making during the tenure of the UPA. Indeed, it seems, the US was even able to determine appointments to the Union Cabinet, certainly in the case of the Commerce and the Environment portfolios and perhaps even the EAM’s selection is cleared now by the US ambassador in Delhi.

The granting of nuclear status to India, which was well and truly an enormous gift was motivated by the US view of India as a new client satellite. The journey in this fateful direction began during the tenure of the NDA and has neared completion under a totally subverted UPA. To their credit, both Jawaharlal Nehru and India Gandhi had resisted this dire predicament during the first decades of Indian independence. The UPA of course represents mainly the family, rather than India and is also deferential to the US, which is the fate of the family itself as well. Quite noticeably, the US has helpfully striven to conceal any embarrassing information on the likely UPA prime ministerial candidate. The purchase of untested Westinghouse nuclear reactors as quid pro quo for the Indo-US Accord was a less significant secondary understanding. One also begins to understand why the UPA became an agent WalMarts rather than representing the vital interests of millions of Indian retailers.

This does not mean India accedes to all US dictates, for example over the purchase of Iranian crude. However, a deeper subservience to US preferences has been established and is being institutionalised. The US has become the major shareholder in the equity of the GoI, much as it has been in Pakistan for decades. Mohammed Morsi may have eventually brought its own divinely-sanctioned misfortune to Egypt, but his entrapment, after the preliminary honeyed effusions from Washington, is a lesson for Indians, themselves on the verge of losing control over their country. Morsi was never in full command of the Egyptian government and the affairs of the country, despite an overwhelming electoral mandate. The religious obsessions of the Muslim Brotherhood also constrained a calculated grasp of the harsh secular international realities lapping around them.

They were determined to achieve, in short order, some of their Shariah-ordained goals on personal conduct, especially pertaining to women’s dress codes and sexual behaviour, a central pillar in the history of Islam, imperial expansion apart. The desire to impose curbs on other supposedly un-Islamic liberal freedoms was also accorded high priority. Yet, he was never in full control of critical economic issues like food and petroleum prices, which rose inexorably. As a result, a myriad of voluntary organisations and media outlets, blatantly sponsored by the US, had tens of thousands of the religiously less observant on the streets, baying for his blood. Within days of his brutal overthrow prices and other shortages mitigated and the Saudis and Kuwaitis extended huge loans to the beleaguered Egyptian economy.

The virtually instant announcement, after the swearing-in of Arvind Kejriwal and his juvenile crew, following their inept, comic preening for the media, was a hunger-strike in Bhopal and the decision to contest elections in Gujarat. The goal of AAP is now blindingly obvious. The intention is to split the anti-Congress vote to prevent Modi and the BJP winning enough seats in 2014 to form a viable government. The other alternative outcome would be to reduce their number sufficiently to facilitate the barely-concealed claim of his implacable opponents inside the BJP to propose an alternative candidate for prime minister, ostensibly to help form a governing coalition. The Indian domestic political support for the AAP intervention is from the counterparts of the so-called young and liberal in Cairo’s Tahir Square. They are really all a product of India’s manipulative and manipulated English language media, much of it in hock to banks and foreign conglomerate owners.

How the AAP originated and their personal international ties are indeed a matter of interest, but not the only issue. The Magasaysay award is a known instrument for affording recognition to Asians sensitive to the US portrayal of the world. Volunteering to work for Mother Teresa is also an agreeable item on a CV, indicating desirable political impulses to Western governments. At the very least, the US has intervened in a dynamically unstable Indian polity to affect outcomes. The final solution to a difficult and high stakes political standoff will be to assassinate Narendra Modi. The attempt already made in Patna is almost certain to have had foreign participation and the background to it presents a truly shocking picture of high level local complicity. Attempts to assassinate Modi are likely to occur again. Determined efforts continue to incite Islamic radicals to make such an attempt, by funding endless court proceedings to ensure the accusations over the 2002 Gujarat riots remain alive. The logistical backup for any plan to murder Narendra Modi will likely originate in Pakistan, already rejoicing at the colossal damage to Indian intelligence the UPA attempt to curb him has inflicted. It is also extremely suspect that invitations to Narendra Modi to visit came from three close US allies, two of them with little compelling reason for extending them. The US itself persists in using the issue of his visa to cause him whatever negative publicity possible. Quite clearly, assassinating him abroad might have been considered more logistically feasible and less damaging politically than in India. The intention is to end the career of the most popular Indian politician since independence and one that threatens to assert it.”

NaMo @ Narendra Modi is busy roaming Bharat@India to get recognition and win over the confidence of ranks and files of BJP and thereby getting self assurance to win a clear majority for BJP in the forthcoming Lok Sabha Election-2014. While he is riding a horse up hill to be the next prime minister of India, his own backyard is rendered vulnerable to intraparty rifts and rivalries for number 02 position. BJP’s who is who are all busy in deciding ‘after NaMo who?’ Government officers have started independent decision making without looking into the pros and cons of the steps taken to implement these decisions. With Durga Shakti Nagpal episode in mind, NaMo or his agents can not dare to touch these independent officers. There is no dearth of such officers. NaMo himself has notoriety amongst such cadres.These officers are cleverly transferred, shifted, shunted to non obscure, remote places on postings of no importance or significance. Performance of NaMo and his government is no better than that of Mulayam-Akhilesh duo, Ghehlot, Mamata, Hooda and Jaya. There is no difference in degree and/or kind.

Is MKD @ Manoj Kumar Das such an officer to reckon with? Does his recent demolition spree represent a sporadic or seasonal incident?Does he desire to convey ‘something’ other than his love for law? Does he intend to show city fathers their exact position? Does he desire to draw a line, thicker, longer and inerasable, than the lines drawn by his predecessors namely (Vir) Surya Deora Rao(@Raosaheb), (Mahavir) Jagadissan and Aparna (Madam)? What made them and their career memorable and part of Surat’s history? Was any one of them really that powerful as glorified and picturised in media? Was the media hype created then a clever orchestrated move by them? If so, what was the consideration for that? Was it a regular monthly pay packet business with media’s who is who? What happened to MKD’s predecessors after they left Surat? Did they receive any media attention? If not, why? Is it not true that political requirements of the then masters allowed them the freedom to undertake maneuvers helpful in earning accolades? Why they are in oblivion now? In Surat or elsewhere IAS or IPS commissioner is only one, outside Surat he/she is one of many IAS and/or IPS officers. That makes them responsible for every count on good and bad. They get rare opportunity and enviable freedom to be pubic heroes enjoying terrible media exposure that can easily turn a mouse into a tiger.

Is it not possible that NaMo@ Narendra Modi is enjoying the predicament of Surat’s de facto rulers? Is it not possible that MKD would provide a fresh pretext of fund collection or say protection money to safeguard illegal structures and constructions not covered and legalized till now? Is it not true that almost all commercial high rise buildings, malls and markets, leave aside the industrial complexes, have circumvented rules meant to be implemented during construction? Is it not true that the majority of public figures and leaders have stakes in these establishments?

If MKD adjusts him self in status quo mode, then he has to find himself accommodating with three forms of corruption rampant from the day 01 of SMC. These three forms are prism, pyramid and malleable as well as nonmalleable tube. His predecessors adjusted, accustomed and accommodated in due course of time. It is not Aladdin’s Jin but it is NaMo’s Jin! The peculiar feature of this Jin is that despite this Jin NaMo and his government is always said to be corruption free. NaMo can venture to engage international agency for long for publicity. Everyone works free of charge! Don’t you understand?

One example is sufficient for the health of SMC’s employees. Female sweepers are known to sub let or out source their job to the needy and unemployed two or three female sweepers and pass their service time in other decent jobs to earn much more extra money. Every fourth or fifth employee would be found inebriated during duty hours.They just don’t get kicks without spirits! City fathers too are often reported to join them in certain special moments! The pit holes or cavern ins of newly built roads,protection walls,bridges,buildings and
flyovers are proportional to prism, pyramid or tube mode of corruption, whichever was suitably practiced. It was practiced in Congress days. BJP has streamlined and perfected it to suit the needs! MKD or any one can not usher in any change in this system.

If MKD @ Manoj Kumar Das has embarked upon without any of such perceived ideas and /or notions, it will be interesting to observe the future course of actions on his part. It will be equally important to know the reactionary move by NaMo and/or his second in command. NaMo is well known for his continuous ultra vindictive stance vis a vis independent IAS and IPS officers, Judges and other politicians of stature. He has always undermined judiciary and adopted belligerent attitudes in cases which are/were uncomfortable to him and his interests. He has created impression that he is the law and he is above any law!

દાસની ભાંગફોડનું રહસ્ય

એક, પાંચ અને બારનો વિવાદ આકાશે પહોંચે અને દેશના ફક્ત બીપીએલ કાર્ડધારકોને જ નહિ, પ્રત્યેકને પેટ ભરવાની ચિંતા ટળે એવી આશા પેદા થઇ અને મીડિયાના રીડિયારમણને લીધે ભોંયભેગી થઇ. એક, પાંચ અને બારના બોલવીરો, આપણા ગુજરાતના પાંચમા અને આઠમાના વિવાદમાં ગુજરાતી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની અગણિત પેઢીઓ બરબાદ થયેલી, તેવું કોઇ નુકસાન કદી કરી શક્યા નહિ. બધા યે ગરીબો, બીપીએલ કાર્ડવાળા અને મનરેગાના ઓળખપત્ર ધરાવનારા સહિતના, બોલવીરોની ધાણી ફૂટી ત્યારે જ સમજી ગયેલા કે આ ત્રણે મહાનુભાવો પણ મફતિયાઓ છે જેમણે કોઇ દિવસ પરસેવો પાડીને પૈસો સુધ્ધાં કમાયો નથી અને ખરેખરા બીપીએલવાળા છે ! બાપના પૈસે લીલાલહેર કરનારા આ ઠગભગતો મનમોહનજી અને સોનિયાજીને રાજી રાખવા જ આવા લવારા કરે તે સૌ સમજી ગયેલા. આવા મફતિયાઓનો આ દેશમાં ક્યારેય દુકાળ પડયો હોવાનું જાણ્યું નથી.

અરીસામાં ચહેરો સ્પષ્ટ દેખાવાનું શરૃ થાય ત્યાં તો તેના પર વરાળનાં અને ધૂળનાં આવરણો બંધ ઘરમાં આપમેળે આવી જાય ! ધૂળ અને વરાળને કંઇ ખુલ્લાં મોટાંમસ્સ બારણાની જરાયે જરૃર નહિ. નાનકડી તડ યા ફાટ પણ આ બેને અનુકુળ આવે. મેઘરાજા મલ્હારનાં અવનવાં રૃપો સંભળાવે, દેખાડે અને કેસરિયાઓની મતબેન્કોમાં મોટાં ગાબડાં પડવાની સંભાવના ઉત્પન્ન થાય તેમ આ ધૂળ અને વરાળને લીધે કંઇ કેટલાયેના આશા અરમાન ચકનાચૂર થઇ જવાના સંજોગો પેદા થયા છે. આવા બધાઓ માટે એક સાંધે ત્યારે તેર તૂટેની પરિસ્થિતિ પેદા થાય… જેને બે છેડા ભેગા કરવાની જ ચિંતા હોય તેને આ ધૂળ અને વરાળ નડે નહિ. પણ ગોવામાં ભવ્ય ચિંતન કરીને, તાજામાજા થઇને પરત આવેલા આધુનિક સુરતના વિશ્વકર્માઓને આવી ધૂળ, વરાળ અને મેઘમલ્હાર નડી ગયાં. આ વિશ્વકર્માઓમાં કોણ નથી ?

હીરા, કાપડ, ખાણીપીણી, શરાબ અને શબાબ, જમીન લેવેચ, દાણચોરી અને બધા કરતાં યે પોતાની ઝીરો મૂડીવાળો રાજકારણનો ધંધો ચલાવી પૈસાપાત્ર થયેલાઓ બાંધકામ યાને રીયલ એસ્ટેટમાં કૂદી પડયા છે. હવે તે બધા ચિંતામાં ગળાડૂબ થઇ ગયા છે. નમો તો ભારતસમ્રાટ થવાની લ્હાયમાં અશ્વમેઘ કરવા ભારતરમણ કરવા નીકળી પડયા છે અને આ સોહરાબ ઉર્ફે મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશનર મનોજકુમાર દાસ કોઇને સાંભળતો નથી ? અમે સુરતના વિશ્વકર્મા એમ થોડા થઇ ગયા છીએ ? કેટલાયે રસ્તે ચાલનારાને અમે કોર્પોરેટર બનાવ્યા. તેમાંના અમારું કહેલું કરનારાઓને ધારાસભ્ય બનાવ્યા. અમારા પણ ગુરુ બને તેવા મહાકૌભાંડીઓને ધરાર લોકસભામાં ટિકિટ અપાવીને ચૂંટાવ્યા. અરે ! ચાર છ કરોડ ખર્ચીને પેલા બેનને તો રાજ્યસભામાં મોકલી દીધેલા ! મા સરસ્વતીની સાધના કરવા અનામત રખાયેલી જમીન સિક્કે એ જ શારદામાની ભગિની ન્યાયદેવી જરા વાતમાં શરત ચૂકમાં રહ્યાં એટલે છૂટી કરાવી લીધી. બધું પાછું કાયદેસર…

કાયદો બનાવે કોણ ? અમારા જ ટટ્ટુઓ… તેનું પાલન કરે કોણ ? અમારા જ ખચ્ચરો ! ગાંધીનો ચારો નાંખ્યો તેથી અને ટટ્ટુઓ તેમજ ખચ્ચરો તાજામાજા થયા નથી… તેમાં પાછા ધોળિયા અને કેસરિયા માલિક થઇને માલિક થવા જાય તેમાં તો અમારી વિશ્વકર્માની ખરી જાહોજલાલી પેદા થઇ જાય. અરે સૂર્યદેવરા રાવને ‘રાવસાહેબ’ બનાવ્યા કોણે ? જગદીશનને ‘મહાવીર’ જગદીશન બનાવ્યા કોણે ? પેલાં બેન… નામ શું ? અપર્ણા કે અર્પણા ? સુરતમાંથી રવાના થઇ ગયાં ત્યાં સુધી તેઓનું સાચું નામ અને જોડણી કોઇને બતાવતાં પણ નહિ ગયાં… પણ સુરતમાંથી ગયાં ત્યારે ‘અપર્ણામેડમ’ થઇને ગયાં… એમ તો એવું કહેવું સાચું છે કે અમે વિશ્વકર્મા બન્યા તે તો રાવસાહેબ, મહાવીર જગદીશન અને અપર્ણા મેડમને લીધે જ… તેઓને શું મળ્યું તે તેઓ જાણે… ગાંધીજીની પ્રાપ્તિ થઇ હોય તો એટલી તો નહિ જ હોય કે સુવાના પલંગના ગાદલાંમાં અને બેઠકરૃમની ગાદીઓમાં રાખવા પડે… આજે તેઓ ક્યાં છે ? ગાંધીનગરમાં કે નવી દિલ્હીમાં ? જગદીશન દેખાયા હતા ખરા… પી. સી. ચિદમ્બરમ્ના ભાષણમાં… હવે ‘મહાવીર’ જગદીશન અર્થશાસ્ત્રના સાચા પાઠ શીખવા તૈયાર થતા હોય તેવું લાગે છે. અરે નમો ! તમે ક્યાં છો ? આ જાણ્યું ? તમારો કયો અધિકારી ક્યાં શું કરે છે તેની તમો જેટલી માહિતી રાખો છો તેના કરતાં વધુ સચોટ માહિતી આ અધિકારીઓ પાસે હોય છે. કોની ? ફક્ત નામોની જ નહિ આખી મફતિયા જમાતની… બધા કંઇ સિધ્ધરાજ જયસિંહ થોડા હોય ! તેઓ જ બર્બરકજિયણુ હતા… તે પછી કોઇ થઇ શક્યો નથી. મડાપચીસીવાળા વૈતાળના માલિક વીર વિક્રમને ભૂલી જવામાં જ સાર છે… વીર વિક્રમે સુધ્ધાં વૈતાળને ખભે રાખીને રાત વેંઢારવી પડતી… ત્યારે વૈતાળના પ્રશ્નનો સાચો ઉત્તર મળતાં જ વૈતાળ ખભેથી ઉતરવાનું નામ લેતો… સુલ્તાન મહમૂદ ‘બેગડો’ દુનિયાભરનાં ઝેર પચાવી ગયેલો પણ તેની પાસે સુધ્ધાં બાબરો ભૂત નહોતો ! નમો આ કોઇની કક્ષામાં આવી શકે તેમ નથી…

આ સુરત મહાનગર સેવાસદનવાળો દાસ છે કોણ ? અમો સૌ વિશ્વકર્માઓએ બાંધેલાં અદ્યતન મંદિરોને ખાંડાં કરવા નીકળી પડયો છે ? એને સુરત મોકલ્યો કોણે ? નમોએ… નમો કોના ? બીજા કોઇના નહિ. હવે શું કરવું ? અમોએ રચેલી સુંદર સુરતની સુરત યાને સૂરત બગાડવાના ચાળે એ ચડયો, પણ એને ખરા રહસ્યની તો ખબર જ નથી. બધાયે રૃસ્તમોનો આ બધા પ્રોજેક્ટમાં ભાગ છે ! પણ આ રિજન્ટ મોલવાળા અભિષેક રાઠીને તે શું સૂઝ્યું કે પિન્કેશની ચલણી નોટ વડે વધુ પિન્ક ધનવાનો ચાળો સૂઝ્યો ? હવે શહેરે સુરતમાં જેટલાં મકાનો છે તેમાં કાયદેસરનાં કેટલાં અને ગેરકાયદેસરનાં કેટલાં તેનો સર્વે કરાવશો તો આખું શહેર તોડવું પડશે ! તેમાં તમારા વરદીધારી અધિકારીઓ, કર્મચારીઓની કોઇ જવાબદારી ખરી કે નહિ ? ધોળિયા અને કેસરિયા ટટ્ટુઓ અને વરદીધારી ખચ્ચરોની જમાત ભેગી થઇને દાસને દાસ બનાવીને રહેશે… અરે, મહાનગરપાલિકાને બીજું કોઇ કામ નથી કે તમે ગેરકાયદેસર મનાતાં બાંધકામોને તોડવા નીકળી પડયાં ? પહેલાં પૂછો નરોત્તમ પટેલને, પછી પૂછો નીતિન પટેલને, પછી પૂછો નપાણિયા સંસદ સભ્યોને ! તેઓને નપાણિયા જ કહેવા પડે, કેમ ? કોઇપણ ફાળો જોઇતો હોય, શહેરની ચોકી કરવાનો અસલામ જોઇતો હોય, ટ્રાફિક બ્રિગેડનાં કપડાં સિવડાવવાનાં હોય, મુખ્યમંત્રીના રાહતભંડોળમાં ચેક આપવાનો હોય, સદ્ભાવના પેદા કરવી હોય, ઉત્તરામંડળમાં રકમ ‘નમો’એ આપવી હોય, શહેરની શાન વધારવા કમાન કે ગેટ બનાવવા હોય, અરે, પોલિસ ચોકી કે સ્ટેશન બનાવવાં હોય, તો રૃપિયા બધા અમારે કાઢવાના ! આ ધોળિયા અને કેસરિયાઓ કંઇ થોડા ખાલી ખમ્મ છે ? બધા યે ઘરમાં ગાંધીજી ઉપર ગાંધીજી ધરબીને બેઠા છે. એ ગાંધીજીને ચોખ્ખી હવા મળે તે માટે પણ બહાર કાઢે તો એ બધા હરામના પેટના ! બધો માર અમારે ખાવાનો ! માલ તમારે ખાવાનો ? આ ક્યાંનો ન્યાય ? કોઇક તો રોકો… આ બલાને… શહેરમાં ગંદકી, મચ્છરો ઓછાં થઇ પડયાં… ઝેરી મેલેરિયાના કેસ ઘટી ગયા… સેવાનાં કારખાનામાં બંધ થયાં કે આ મહાનગર સેવાસદનવાળા ખરી સેવા બજાવવા નીકળી પડયા ?

આ સોહરાબે સેવાસદન સુરતની ખરી મકસદ કોઇ બીજી જ જણાય છે. કંચન, કામિની અને કલદારનો આ સેવક જણાતો નથી. એ માટે ઘણા મોકા મળવાના છે, મળશે એન ખાત્રી આ અરીસાધારકને છે. નમો અશ્વમેઘ કરવા નીકળ્યા છે તે મોકો સારો છે. રાવસાહેબ, મહાવીર જગદીશન અને અપર્ણામેડમના કરતાં પણ ઉત્કૃષ્ટ ફરજ બજાવીને ખરા કર્મવીર બનીને આ ત્રણેની લીટી નાબૂદ યા નાની કર્યા વિના તેઓની લીટીની નીચે સ્વતંત્રપણે ચોથી મોટી, જાડી, ભૂંસાય નહિ તેવી લીટી દોરવાનો મોટો રિજન્ટ મોલે આપી દીધો છે… પ્લાન અનુસાર થયું હોય તેવું એક પણ સરકારી કે ખાનગી બાંધકામ કોઇ બિલ્ડર, આર્િકટેક્ટ બતાવી શકે તેમ નથી. પોલીસચોકીઓ અને પોલીસસ્ટેશનો પણ ગેરકાયદેસર કહેવાય તેવાં છે. બધાં બાંધકામોની ગુણવત્તા પરથી તો ક્વોલિટી કન્ટ્રોલવાળાની ક્વોલિટી અને કસ નક્કી થઇ શકે… કોઇપણ ઇસમ કસવગરનો નથી. સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકા, સુડા, કલેકટરાલય, પ્રાંત કચેરીઓ, નિગમો, હવે નુડા, અને ટ્વીનસિટી ઓથોરિટી બધે બધ ૪૦ના માપમાં ૪૪ના થઇને રહેનારાઓ કસવાળા, ખૂબ કસવાળા જ બેઠા છે. નમોને સંજયદૃષ્ટિ દ્વારા દિવ્ય દૃષ્ટિ પ્રાપ્ત થયેલી છે. ભારતને કોઇપણ ખૂણે હોય તેઓ તો સર્વવ્યાપી છે. તેઓ એવું વિચારતા હશે કે આ દાસ નામનું ગલુડિયું છો ને કરતબ કરતું… હવે પછીની ચૂંટણી અને તેવાં અનેક સેવાના કાર્યોમાં પ્રસ્થાન કરવા શુભમુહૂર્તમાં નાળિયેર ફોડવા અને શ્રી મહાલક્ષ્મી પ્રસન્નોસ્તુના મંત્રજાપ માટે આ દાસનો જ ઉપયોગ કરાશે… ભીષ્મની હત્ય અર્જુનથી એમ કાંઇ થોડી થાય ? શિખંડીને આડમાં રાખીને અર્જુને ભીષ્મને બાણશય્યા પર ઉત્તરાયણના પર્વની રાહ જોવા સુવડાવેલા. આ દાસ નામના ગલુડિયાને નમોએ અને એમના સુભટોએ જાણી સમજીને વિચારીને જ રમતું કર્યું છે… બહુ બહુ તો એની લીટી લાંબી, મોટી, જાડી થશે… અને તે પણ જો કંટ્રોલમાં નહિ રહે તો દુર્ગાશક્તિ જેવી દુર્ગામાતા પણ સસ્પેન્શનના અને બદલીના ચક્કરમાં પડી ગઇ… હવે સુરતમાં એક અસ્થાના સાહેબ આઇપીએસ એસોસિએશનના મોવડી છે… હજુ આઇ.એ.એસ. એસોસિએશન કે સચિવાલયનાં કર્મચારી મંડળો બધા સુતેલાં છે… ચૂંટણી સુધી સુતેલા જ રાખવાનાં છે… ત્યાં સુધીમાં કોલક, ઔરંગા, અંબિકા, પૂર્ણા, તાપી, નર્મદા, ઓરસંગ, મહીસાગર, વિશ્વામિત્રી, ઢાઢર, મેશ્વો, સાબરમતી અને સૌરાષ્ટ્રની ફરી વહેતી થયેલી શેત્રુંજી અને તેની ભગિનીઓમાં કેટલાંયે વારિ વહી જશે…

આ તો થોડામાં ઘણું…”

December 2013 is not far,but,Lok Sabha elections are expected even before that.Term of Lok Sabha 2009-2014 is scheduled to expire on 31 May 2014. Meanwhile BJP and Congress have started poll preparations much ahead of the expected declaration for the said election .

As it appears today Navsari MP’s efforts to appease voters by arranging community dinners on various pretexts viz. his children’s weddings have boomranged with multiple questions about his past activities.He is likely to be dropped from the list of candidates for the next Lok Sabha election. He has taken enough advantage of his stint with BJP and NaMo.

He runs an ISO certified office ostensibly for voters.CR Patil@Chandulal is known for his noncompliance of labour laws.It will be interesting to know his new ‘avtar’ after he wounded up his well publicised flagship New Surat Times and his association with Nav Gujarat Times. Let him declare all details of his ISO certified office for public scrutiny and examination by ECI ( Election Commission of India).

મત માંગવા આવો છો પછી…

વલસાડ તાલુકાના માલવણના રહીશોએ ધારાસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં ‘નમો’ના નામ પર ભાજપને યાને કમળને માન આપીને ધારાસભ્ય તરીકે ભરતભાઇ પટેલને ચૂંટી કાઢેલા. ચૂંટાયા બાદ સન્માન સમારંભમાં હારતોરા અને ફૂલોના ગુચ્છા લઇને ગયેલા લોકોએ હવે ભરતભાઇ પટેલને શોધવા એમના કાર્યાલય સુધી, વલસાડના સ્ડેટિયમ રોડ પર મોરચો લઇને જવું પડયું. કેમ ? પંદર વર્ષ અગાઉ બનેલા રસ્તા પર હવે વાહનો પણ પસાર થઇ શકતા નથી ? કેમ ? ખાડા પડી ગયા છે. કેમ ? મરામત થઇ નથી. કેમ ? ગ્રામ પંચાયતના કે તાલુકા પંચાયતના બજેટમાં તેની જોગવાઇ થઇ નથી. કેમ ? ધારાસભ્યે એક જ ગામનું જોવાનું હોય નહિ… આખા મત વિસ્તારનું ધ્યાન રાખવાનું હોય. એવું કેમ ? વલસાડ – સુરતના જ મોરારજી દેસાઇએ દેશના નાણાપ્રધાન અને વડાપ્રધાન થયા બાદ એવું કહેલું કે તેઓએ ફક્ત વલસાડ, સુરત અને ગુજરાતનાં જ હિતોનું નહિ પણ આખા દેશનું ધ્યાન રાખવાનું હોય છે ! મોરારજી દેસાઇને વાત તો છોડો… તે તો મોરારજી હતા. સર્વોચ્ચ હતા એટલે બધું ચાલ્યું… ચાલ્યું નહિ દોડયું… પણ ભરતભાઇ અથવા નમો સુદ્ધાં થોડા મોરારજી છે ?

મોરારજીએ જે શીખવેલું કે કહેલું એનો અવળો અર્થ આ ભાજપના કમળધ્વજધારકો અને કેસરિયા ખેસધારકો તેમજ કોંગ્રેસનો ત્રિરંગો પકડનારાઓ જે સમજ્યા તે એ કે મત માંગ્યા પછી, ચૂંટાયા પછી બીજી ચૂંટણી આવે ત્યાં સુધી પોતાનાં હિતો (એમાં પક્ષનાં અને પ્રદેશનાં, દેશનાં હિતો આવી જાય) સિવાય બીજા કશાનું ધ્યાન નહિ રાખવાનું. મતદારોને કામ હશે, ગરજ હશે અને બેનંબરી કામો કરાવવાં હશે તો નાનામોટા ‘ગાંધીજી’ને લઇને આવશે ! ગાંધીબાપુ ભલેને સ્વર્ગે પહોંચ્યા, ગોડસેએ તેમના દુઃખી જીવને કોંગ્રેસીઓથી મુક્ત કરેલો… પણ પછી તેમને ચલણી નોટો પર અને દેશભરની સરકારી કચેરીઓની દિવાલે ગોઠવી દીધા એટલે થયું એવું ગાંધીમુક્ત થયેલા કોંગ્રેસીઓ અને પાછળથી તો બધા યે રંગના રાજકર્તા રાજકારીઓ સમજેલા… રશિયામાં લેનિન અને ચીનમાં માએ ત્સે તુંગના વિચારોનું વારસોએ તર્પણ કરી નાંખ્યું અને તેઓના ફોટા કાયમ રાખ્યા તેમ જ સ્તો… ‘નમો’નું ચલો દિલ્હી અભિયાન સફળ થાય એટલીવાર ગાંધીબાપુના ફોટાને પણ આરામ આપી દઇશું !

મતવિસ્તારની, મતદારોની, બીજા નાગરિકોની કાળજીની અને સેવાચાકરીની વાત કરતાં કરતાં ગાંધીબાપુના પાટે ક્યાં ચડી ગયા ? એ જ ગાંધીબાપુએ કહેલું કે સેવા કરો અને મેવાની અપેક્ષા નહિ રાખો. એ તો ગાંધીબાપુ પાસે તો બિરલા હતા એટલે તેમને એવી બધી વાતો કરવાનું પોસાયેલું… આપણી પાસે ક્યાં બિરલા… સોરી, સોરી તાતા કે મુકેશ અંબાણી છે ? તેમને તો નમોએ ગજવે ઘાલ્યા… આપણું શું ? ધારાસભ્ય અને સંસદ સભ્ય થયા પછી સરકારી ગાડી મળે કે નહિ ? એવો પ્રશ્ન પૂછવાનો નહિ. મહાનગરપાલિકા, નગરપાલિકા, તાલુકા અને જિલ્લા પંચાયતના સમિતિ અધ્યક્ષોને પણ ખુરશી મળતાં વાર જ ચતુરચક્રીનું સુખ પ્રાપ્ત થાય ! જેને આવાં સુખ નહિ મળે તે ભાઇ કે બાઇમાં એટલું મીઠું ઓછું !! ધારાસભ્ય કે સંસદસભ્ય થયા પછી રાજ્યની માર્ગપરિવહન બસોમાં રીઝર્વ રખાયેલી બસની બેઠકનો ઉધ્ધાર થોડો થાય ? પેસેન્જરો ટીંગાતા જાય એના કરતાં ભલે ને એના પર બેસતા… અલબત્ત ટિકિટ ખરીદીને જ સ્તો… પ્રજા એ મફત સગવડ શેની મેળવવાની ? ધક્કા ખાવાની, ખાડા ટેકરાવાળા રસ્તા પર ઠોકરો ખાવાની, વાહનો હોય તો આમતેમ કુદાવીને કમરના મણકા ઢીલા કરીને પાછી ખિસ્સાં ઢીલા કરવાની… દરેક ઠેકાણે લાઇનમાં કલાકે સુધી ઉભા રહેવાની…

ભાઇ ભરતભાઇ પટેલ ધારાસભ્ય થયા તો શું થયું ? લોકોએ આમ એમની ઓફિસે મોરચો લઇને પહોંચી જવાનું ? ખાનગી વાત એ છે કે ધારાસભ્યે જ આવો મોરચો લઇને આવવા કહેલું, કેમ ? પ્રસિદ્ધિ મળે અને રસ્તો રીપેર કરાવવાની બજેટની જોગવાઇ ઠેઠ નમો પાસે જઇને કરાવવાનો રાજમાર્ગ મળે… આ સેવક એવું આરામથી કહી શકે કે, “રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરી માર્ગ પર પણ ખાડા છે, રાજ્યના કે ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટના કહેવાય તેવા રસ્તા પર પણ અનેક ખાડા છે. તાજા બનેલા રસ્તાઓ પર પણ ખાડા છે. સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકાના સ્વચ્છ શાસનમાં બનેલા નવા બ્રિજ, ઓવરબ્રિજ, રાજપથ પર ખાડા નહિ ગાબડાં છે… તો આ કેવડિયા ફળિયાના પંદર વર્ષ અગાઉ બનેલા રોડ પર ખાડા નહિ હોય તો શું હોય ?” ભલુ થજો નાસાવાળાનું… ચંદ્રના ખાડા સાથે સરખામણી કરવાનો, મોકો તો આપ્યો… નમોના એટલે કે અમારા ગુજરાતના એટલે કે ભાજપના ‘વિકાસ મોડલ’નું આ પ્રત્યક્ષ દર્શન ગામેગામ, શહેરે શહેર, પ્રત્યેક ગુજરાતી કરી રહ્યો છે, અનુભવી રહ્યો છે… પક્ષમાં આપવાના, મોનીટરને આપવાના અને અધિકારીઓમાં વહેંચવાના તે બધા ટકા તો આ ખાડાના સમ પ્રમાણમાં જ રહેવાના ને ! કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ પણ પાછા મામકાના હોય ને… એ બાપડાને થોડા શૂળીએ ચડાવાય ?

એક રસ્તાની વાત ક્યાં કૂટો છો… ઉત્તરાખંડમાં કોનું રાજ છે… બોલો જોઉં… કોંગ્રેસના વિજય બહુગુણાનું… વિજય જેવો તેવો થોડો હોય… પાછો અનેક ગુણોવાળો… ચારધામના રસ્તા, પુલ, ઘરો બધું આ વરસાદમાં ધરાશાયી થઇ ગયું તો આપણા નમોના ભાજપના રાજમાં, વાઇબ્રન્ટ ગુજરાતના તાલે તમે ઠોકર ખાઇને પણ જીવી શકો છો કે નહિ ? માન્યું કે નમો હવે ફક્ત ગુજરાતના જ નાથ નથી રહ્યા, ભારત સમ્રાટ થઇ ગયા છે… પણ કેદારનાથ, બદ્રીનાથ, અમરનાથમાં જે રહે છે તે બધા નાથોના નાથ કોની આગળ શિયાવિયા થઇ જાય ? બોલો… શક્તિ આગળ… કઇ શક્તિ ? જગદંબા… એ જ જગદંબાના અમારા નમો પાક્કા સેવક છે… વર્ષમાં બબ્બેવાર નોરતાં આવે તે તો નમોના લાભ માટે જ… આખા વર્ષમાં શરીર પર હોદ્દાનો જે ભાર ચડયો હોય તે નકોરડા અપવાસથી ઉતરી જાય… એકાંતવાસમાં જઇને જાત સાથે વાત કરીને નમો પાછા તાજા થઇ જાય… વિકાસનું ઘોડું દોડાવવા માટે… કોંગ્રેસવાળાને નમોના અશ્વમેઘની ભારે ચિંતા… તેઓનું ખચ્ચર સાલું દોડે જ નહિ… અમારા ખાડા અમારા ઘોડાને થોડા ઠેબે ચડાવે ? અમારા ઘોડા તો પવનવેગી… ખાડા ગમે તેવડા હોય કૂદાવી જાય… રાણા પ્રતાપનો ઘોડો અને સુરતના સહરા દરવાજે ઉભેલી શિવાજી મહારાજની ઘોડી… ભૂલ થઇ ગઇ… ઘોડી નહિ ઘોડો… નહિ, નહિ ઘોડો.. અરે, છોડો અને છોડો…

સુરતના સહરા દરવાજે શિવાજી મહારાજને કડોદરા, ધુલિયા, નંદરબાર તરફ જતા જોતા રાખીને નવા સુરતના નવા ટાઇમ્સના સપનાં દેખાડીને, અમારા સી.આર. સુરતના ભૂલ્યા, નવસારીના એમ.પી. થઇ ગયા… નવા સુરતના નવા ટાઇમ્સ, જૂના થઇ જતાં જેવાં તેનાં નસીબ કહીને હવે ‘સાહેબ, તેવા કાશીરામ રાણાની અદ્દલોઅદ્દલ નકલ જેવું સંસદમાં સુરત કરવાની વેતરણમાં પડયા હોય તેવું લાગે છે… નહિ તો શહેરે સુરત, શહેરે નવસારીની ખાડાઢંગી જમાત તરફ નજક જાય, જાય ને જાય જ… આ કમિટિ, પેલી કમિટિમાં બધું જ પૂર્ણ કરીને બધું જ અંકે કરી લેવાની લાહ્યમાં અમારા આ ચંદુલાલ મતદારોને ભૂલ્યા નથી. હુરતીઓ અને નવહારિયાઓ પોતાના વહાલા નેતાનો આ હુલામણા નામે ઓળખે છે કેમ ? આ નામ પોતીકું છે… ચંદ્રકાંત બોલતાં જીભને લોચા વળી જાય. પાટિલ બોલે તો યાદ આવે કે આ તો મૂળ પરાયો… સી આર બોલે તો બીજાના કોન્ફીડેન્શીયલ રીપોર્ટ (સી.આર.)ની છી… છી… ની વાસ આવે… મસ્સ મોટા કિલ્લામાં ડઝનેક કર્મચારી- કર્મચારિણી રાખીને મતદારોને સંભાળવાનો કરતબ પાછો આઇ.એસ.ઓ. માર્કાનો એમણે કેળવ્યો છે. એ બધાંને પગાર, ભથ્થું વગેરે શું આપવાનું ? એ તો બધા સાહેબની સેવા કરે છે ! બધું છે… પણ નવસારી, સુરતના સંસદીય મતવિસ્તારમાં ચંદ્રના ખાડાની હરીફાઇ કરે તેવા ખાડા અને ગાબડાં પણ છે… એ ખાડા ગાબડાં ક્યા સમપ્રમાણમાં હશે… નમો જાણે… પ્રવીણ જાણે… નરોત્તમ જાણે… ભીમજી જાણે… આ તો થોડામાં ઘણું…”

i know of a case where Indian visa seeker submitted a letter by Condoleezza Rice ,the then Secretary of State at the time of interview.No need to say, he was not issued visa then,but never thereafter.The young visa officer smiled and put aside the said letter. i still fail to understand why my friend used that letter purportedly given for another reason in very different context.

Even if an alien is granted multiple entry visa in visitor’s category or businessman’s category,the immigration officer at the US port of entry can /may deny permission to enter US and order deportation the very next moment.The Immigration Officer at US port of entry is another officer who has discretionary powers not interfered with by any one including the President of the USA.

That is the law. Americans abide by it,therefore America rules over the globe.It is not Pax India-na ,it is Pax America-na.We as Indians take law very very casually and are often proud in disobeying it.That is the difference.

The Govt of USA should prepare a list of Indian Americans .to throw them out as they have proved repeatedly beyond doubts that as American citizens they are not loyal to America and have basic instincts to violate or circumvent the legal system in the country of their citizenship.

We are all idiots ,therefore forget very conveniently that we are interfering with USA’s internal policy matters.They know what is best for the USA.Let NaMo apply and let them decide.

Rajnathsinh has forgotten all political and diplomatic norms.That is enough for his credentials to be the president of a national party.

What NaMo wants to achieve is very childish.If he is granted visa,he wants to play it as his victory over US Govt ! His Media PR Team wants to herald it as a victory that qualifies him to be the next Prime Minister of India.

Potential and proven law breakers,as they are , our Indian MPs who are supposedly the signatories of the letters to the President of the USA, used signatures of two communist leaders by forging them using ‘copy and paste technique’.So that shows where we have come to stand.

આજકાલ સેવા કરવાની હરીફાઇ ચાલી છે. મેદાન છે મુગલીસરાનું મહાનગર સેવાસદન યાને સુરત મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન યાને સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકા. પ્રત્યેક નગરસેવક અને નગરસેવિકાને એવું પદ જોઇએ છે જેમાંથી ‘બે પૈસા’ નહિ ‘રૃપિયાના બંડલો’સેવા શુલ્ક તરીકે ડાબા હાથે લેવામાં સરળતા રહે અને કોઇ પણ પ્રકારના સ્ટીંગ ઓપરેશનમાં ઝડપાઇ નહિ જવાય. દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતની બે કો-ઓપરેટીવ બેન્કોની લોથ વાળી દેનારા મહાઅનુભવી રોકડપટુ બધાને ‘લેસન’ આપે કે મીડિયાવાળાથી કઇ રીતે દૂર રહેવું. ખાટલે મોટી ખોટ એ કે બધાને કોઇપણ સાર્થક કામ કર્યા વિના મીડિયામાં – અખબારોમાં, ટીવી, ફેસબુક પર ફોટા સાથે રોજેરોજ ‘ચમકવું’ છે. એટલે ગિલિન્ડર મહાગુરુ એવું શીખવે કે મીડિયાવાળાને ચા-પાણી-નાસ્તો કરાવીને પટાવી દેવાના. લેપટોપ, કમ્પ્યુટરનું જ્ઞાાન નહિ હોય તો ઓપરેટરને નોકરીએ રાખીને ઠેઠ નમો સુધી ‘નમોને નમન’ના સંદેશા મોકલતા રહેવું, જેથી એવું લાગે કે આ કાર્યકર્તા ફક્ત નામના નથી પણ કામના પણ છે.
હવે, કામ કઇ રીતે કરવું, કરાવવું એના ધોરણો પણ ‘આગુ સે ચલી આઇ’ પ્રથા મુજબના જ હોવાના. સ્ટીંગ ઓપરેશન કરનારાથી યા પાપારાઝી તસવીરપટુઓથી બચવા વચ્ચે એક દલાલ, સેક્રેટરી, એજન્ટ, વચેટિયો એવો વિશ્વાસુ રાખવો જેથી રૃપિયાની ટોપલી કે ટોપલાનો ભાર એણે જ ખભે લેવો પડે અને આપણે એટલેકે નગરસેવકો, નગરસેવિકાઓ ચોખ્ખા ચટ રહી શકે. એને આ મજૂરી પેટે ‘કામની કુલ રકમ’નો એક ટકો આપી દેવાનો. બે ટકા પક્ષમાં (ભાજપનું રાજ છે એટલે સ્વાભાવિક રીતે ભાજપમાં) ફરજીયાત જમા કરાવવાના. બે ટકા પક્ષનો જે મોનીટર હોય તે સ્વાભાવિક રીતે રાખે. જે નગરસેવક, નગરસેવિકા નથી તેવા ચૂંટણીને લીધે કપાળે તિલક કરાવીને ગાંધીનગર યા નવી દિલ્હી સુધી લાંબા થનારા મહા અને લઘુ રોકડપટુઓ થોડા બાકી રહે ?! બે ટકા જેવી રકમ બળિયાના બે ભાગના હિસાબે વહેંચાય. આ બધું કમઠાણ તો ધોળિયા, ભગવા અને ત્રિરંગી યા કો’કવાર ચતુરંગી છાપ ધરાવનારાનું જેઓએ વાસ્તવમાં ઠરાવો પસાર કરવા કરાવવામાં ‘સંકલન’ સિવાય કશું કરવાનું નથી.
કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ, મંજૂરી, નિમણૂંક, છટણી અને ‘ચટણી’ બનાવવાનું કામ સંકલન સમિતિમાં થાય જેનું કોઇ બંધારણ યા બંધારણીય અસ્તિત્વ નથી. બધા સેવકો અને સેવિકાઓ એવો ફાંકો અને આગ્રહ રાખે કે તેઓને પૂછયા વિના, સંમતિ લીધા વિના અને ખાસ તો તેઓની જાણ વિના બારોબાર કશું ‘સુઓ મોટો’ નહિ કરવાનું કે તેવી ફુટવા જેવી તોપનું સુરસુરિયું નહિ કરવાનું. રાજ્યકક્ષાએ અને દેશના પક્ષના વડામથકે ‘નમો’ જેવું કરે કે કહે તેવું કરવાની કે કહેવાની નકલ નહિ કરવાની. નમો એ નમો છે કે છોટા યા બડા ભીમ નહી.નમોની નકલ પણ ક્યારેય નહી કરવાની. કેમ ? બાકીનાઓ તો નમો થકી છે, નમોની નકલ સુધ્ધાં ! બધાએ ફક્ત નમોનો માસ્ક પહેરવાનું યાદ રાખવાનું. બાકી બધું નમોની કે ફળદાયી દેવદેવી મારફતે જે સુચના આવે તેને પૂર્ણપણે પૂર્ણ કરવાની ચીવટ રાખવાની. આ તો બધું રૃસ્તમોના મથકે યા રોકડપટુ સાહેબના ઘરે યા કિલ્લે કરવાનું. મુગલીસરામાં તો મહાનગરના ગણવેશધારીઓને હાથમાં રાખીને હિસાબ કિતાબ કરવાના.
જે હિસાબે પેટ્રોલ, ડિઝલ અને સીએનજી સસ્તા થાય તેના પ્રતિમેળમાં મોંઘવારી વધે એટલે મુગલીસરાના સેવાસદનમાં અને શહેરની હદમાં જ્યાં ત્યાં ઝોનલ ઓફિસમાં પથારા લઇને બેઠેલા ગણવેશધારીઓમાં અંદાજે દસ ટકા વહેંચાઇ જાય. ત્યાં વહેંચણીમાં હોદ્દા અને સત્તા મુજબનો ભાગ હોય ! જે તે ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટનું કામ હોય તે ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટમાં પટાવાળા સુધ્ધાંને એનો હિસ્સો પહોંચે તેવો સભ્ય સમાજવાદ પ્રવર્તે છે. અસભ્ય કેસરિયાવાદ તો ચૂંટાયેલા હોય અને આ કે તે કમિટિમાં જામી ગયા હોય તેઓને જ વળગાડની જેમ વળગે. તેઓ બધું જાણીને અજાણ થઇ જાય અને કહે કે બધું અમને પૂછયા વિના જ સુઓ મોટો કરી નાંખ્યું,તેથી એણે જેટલાં આવાં કામો સ્થાયી સ્વરૃપે ૧૫ થી ૪૦ વર્ષના પટે આપ્યાં હોય તેવાં બધાં કામોને અસ્થાયી કરવાની હવે તજવીજ કરો અને નગરને અને સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકાને એક કામમાં ૪૦ વર્ષમાં ૬૦ કરોડનું નુકસાન કરાવીને ટેન્ડર ભરવાવાળાને તેટલો લાભ કરાવ્યો તો તેના પ્રસાદનાં નાણાં તે ગમે તેવો નમોની નકલ કરવાવાળો મોટો ભીમ હોય તો તે તેના પેટમાંથી કઢાવો !
આ બધી ભાંજગડમાં વિરોધપક્ષે કોંગ્રેસવાળા જે બેઠેલા તેઓએ અજાણ રહેલાઓને જગાડયા તેનો બદલો કઇ રીતે આપવો ? તેઓ સાથે અને રોજેરોજ કૂકડેકૂક કરનારાઓને ચારો કોણે કેટલો નાંખવો તે હવે રોકડપટુ દિલ્હી બાઉન્ડ કલાકારને જ આપો. તેના કિલ્લાના ભંડારિયા સામે તો ઇન્કમટેક્ષવાળા પણ જોવાની હિંમત કરતા નથી. સૌથી મોટી ચિંતા રૃસ્તમોના સોહરાબની છે. આઇઆઇટી એન્જિનીયર અને ઉપરથી પાછો આઇએએસ ! મ્યુનિસિપલ એક્ટના હિસાબે તો તે સોહરાબ જ છે ! કેસરિયાઓએ જે ચટાઇ ગુંથેલી તેને આ વહીવટી દાસ બાવાએ ખોલી નાંખી. એવું તે બધામાં નહિ કરે તેની શી ખાતરી ? કરે તો શું ? આ તો થોડામાં ઘણું….

After quitting American ‘lobbying effort market’, RIL tried to keep a brave ,bright and nationalist face. RIL pressnote said that “as Walmart is ‘active’ in India and the USA for facilitating own entry in Indian markets and trying all avenues of ‘canvassing and lobbying’ , RIL quits its ‘lobbying efforts in the USA”. We all know what it means. RIL and Mukesh Ambani’s agents failed miserably to implement Indian version of their modus operandi in the USA.

Mukesh Ambani and RIL  failed miserably to tackle Jay Pal Reddy.Yet they could get him out from Petroleum Ministry, but, atmosphere at present  is not rosy . Aravind Kejriwal and RGTIL-RIL Affected Farmers are proved as grey hounds ! Imminent amendment in RTI Act 2005 to bring all private,public-private partnership  and public sector companies in RTI ‘s jurisdiction has sent tremors in RIL as well as Antilia.It was stated by RGTIL representative at the hearing of this Blogger’s RTI Appeal at the  Appellate Authority under RTI at Navsari , Gujaratthat RIL as well as RGTIL are exempt from RTI. That was the blunder committed on behalf of RGTIL and RIL.The nexus between Govt. of Gujarat officers, judicial officers, media persons and politicians once unearthed, things started moving in a definite direction.

Now let us see what happens in the next phase.

Meanwhile, Mukesh Ambani and RIL made adjustments with Anil Ambani and ADAG Reliance . So once again Mukesh Ambani & RIL are at GSM !Pramod Mahajan is not there to help him. BJP can’t help as it could do in A B Vajpeyi’s tenure because HIS Silo is not there in PMO. Mukesh Ambani & RIL have very powerful Silo, Robert Vadra to help,but, he is busy saving his own skin and worried about his fate and life turning to imitate Feroze Gandhi’s life !

Mukesh Ambani would miss Pramod Mahajan & Pranab Mukerji as Finance Minister very much. Murli Deora, too, contributed significantly to his progress(!)& RIL’s numero uno standing. One has to imagine, if these gentlemen were not ministers, what would be Mukesh Ambani’s & RIL’s position in the past & at present. He & RIL should keep portraits of these gentlemen along with Dhirubhai Ambani’s portrait in Antilia & RIL’s premises the world over. Of course, he has to offer prayers to Indira Gandhi& all her successors as Prime Minister & Congress President. Why? Not implementing laws in all RIL matters. Or saying in refined or modest tone the successive governments at New Delhi & state capitals made the law enforcement agencies pliable & favourable to Mukesh Ambani & RIL. Forget about hundreds of draconian Indian laws terrorising Common Indian Citizens, if  only RTI ( Right to Information) is made applicable to RIL & its apparatus, Mukesh Ambani, Parimal Nathwani & all RIL officers will perspire  without summer or strenuous work out! Lawyers & judicial officers at every level worked/work very hard to protect Mukesh Ambani, RIL & Mukesh_Nita Ambani’s  ‘other’ interests! No new law or no amendment in present laws is necessary. If law prevails in its strict sense, Mukesh Ambani will be out of Antilia.

For the first stage of this election, few candidates have filed their nominations. Pressures and counter pressures are there for everybody concerned with the process. Election Commission of India and,Hon’ble Mr. Justice Markandey Katju,chairman of the Press Council of India and all PUCL workers throughout India and world should note that media and media persons are very much afraid to write anything regarding Navsari MP CR Patil and his dummies namely Sangita Patil (Limbayat candidate) and Harsh Sanghvi (Majura candidate).Persons of highly objectionable history and track record were elected only in the name of Narendra Modi during past decade. He has not taken care to control his dummies. Gujarat and people of Gujarat suffered a lot due to these elected representatives. Though Narendra Modi is on his highest and enviable  height of popularity, i consider it my solemn duty to post this Blog as his worst critic and the best supporter.

This election has far reaching implications. BJP ,RSS and other saffron outfits are in the process of losing credibility on the count of corruption in ranks and files. It may be termed as the beginning of dismemberment of dreams dear to my all time favourites namely Dr.Hedgevar Saheb, Guruji@Guru Golwalkar, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukerji,Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyayji,Laxmanrao Inamdarji, Narayanrao Bhandari, Manubhai of Merai, and many more who trained me at Gokhru Ground Shakha at Vadodara. Due to my association with the Sangh, i was served a show cause notice for termination of my medical studies/admission by the then Dean of Govt. Medical College ,Baroda. i left Sangh with heavy heart.By looking at today’s BJP,RSS , VHP, Bajrang Dal, Durga Vahini and ABVP,I feel that i have been saved from all stigmatic activities of my once dearest organisations. i post this Blog not to run down any body, but, i want to remind my fellow citizens that as it has happened in Gujarat, Narendra Modi is the only person capable of making Modi BJP on all India basis.That is probably the last hope for BJP. Of course Congress minus Sonia_Rahul Gandhi is infinite zeroes.Both mainstream parties are on historic turning point and we are part and parcel of the events which will shape our future.

CR Patil might have threatened to resign and join Keshubhai Patel’s Gujarat Parivartan Party along with his supporters. Narendra Modi was misguided by his own confidents on this count. All of them overrated CR Patil’s personal clout. Looking at the track record of his economic and business (?) activities ,he always needed support from government officers, politicians, thugs, musclemen and powers calling the shots. He tried his hands in textile, news paper publication, building construction, land developing, organising housing societies but could never achieve any remarkable success in any.For him,politics is the only profitable full time profession without any risk and capital investment.He always needed partners who could muster human and financial resources. He thought it fit to acquire foot hold in political and business circles as a news paper proprietor. It is noteworthy that he could not muster his own funds to launch Sai Prakashan Private Limited and New Surat Times. In the capacity of chairman his and in the capacity of a director, his wife, Gangaben’s capital was negligible. As chairman of Sai Prakashan he consolidated his standing in maharashtrian community in Surat and elsewhere. Statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji at Sahara Darwaja, Surat is a testimony to his rising. As a news paper owner he could successfully coerce govt. officers, business community, political and social adversaries. He flaunted all labour laws and eventually jumped from the sinking ship. His dealings with Diamond and Navsari People’s Co-op. Banks resulted in the closure of both banks. His chairmanship of a Gujarat Govt.’s PSU helped him to acquaint IAS officers who eventually helped him for his acquisitions of lands for CR Patil Nagar. The occupants of these vertical slums in his name remember him 24x7x52 for evergreen hardships CR Patil has gifted them and show their blocks as testimony and permanent embodiment of CR Patil’s so called fair dealings. He has avoided all government scrutiny leading either to punishment or penalty by using his proximity and relationship with Narendra Modi. Close verification of his affidavits filed from time to time in various cases and Lok Sabha nomination papers with Election Commission of India reveals interesting facets of the person and his life! He is reported to own 300 vighas of agricultural lands in Gujarat and possibly Maharashtra. Gujarat has revenue / land legislations limiting holding of agricultural lands by an individual unit of husband and wife. His land holdings might be benami or in the name of his office staff like Sangita Patil or close relatives. Lok Sabha Secretariat, Election Commission of India, India Against Corruption, Gujarat Government’s revenue department as well as Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party can throw more light on this subject.

CR Patil has conducted his activities under the watchful eyes of Bhaskarrao Damle @ Damleji, RSS boss who is at present in Keshubhai Patel’s bandwagon.

This is CR Patil’s resume in brief and this can assume a book form as well. i have no intention to belittle this political tout and make him a hero who has incidentally become the Member of Parliament and represents me and my constituency solely due to mercy of a single man, Narendra Modi. This Common Man@CM of Gujarat has such Navratna MPs, MLAs and Panchratna Ministers. Allegations leveled by Keshubhai Patel and Congress leaders against Narendra Modi are not all baseless. However the fact remains that Narendra Modi is the second best Chief Minister, next only to my teacher, Dr. Jivraj N.Mehta. Narendra Modi competes in corruption  with the rest of the Gujarat chief ministers. Narendra Modi is well saddled to show respective dirty face in a suitable mirror to Keshubhai Patel, Suresh Mehta, Shankersinh Vaghela and others in the list.

If a man like CR Patil who is an all time parasite can blackmail Narendra Modi, it reflects very badly on the victim. What sort of weak man, Narendra Modi is? How can he be entrusted a job of the next Prime Minister of India? What damage  CR Patil can do to Narendra Modi? CR Patil minus Narendra Modi is equal to infinite zeroes. If he quits BJP, even Sangita Patil and Harsh Sanghvi will desert him. He will have to learn to cry afresh. All candidates are Narendra Modi’s dummies. No one has individual capacity to win. Election Commission of India has tightened noose for Narendra Modi. Advantage Narendra Modi. No candidate can win election by popular tricks and methods by using money and muscle. Everyone should learn by heart the cardinal fact of 2012 and coming days that when a voter votes for BJP, he/she does not vote for BJP or Lotus, he/she always votes for Narendra Modi. This has always happened during all elections during past ten years. If a rat like CR Patil thinks that he has become a tiger, he is mistaken, A rat is a rat and Lord Ganesh too will not accept him to bear HIS weight! If he resigns, he will lose his membership of Lok Sabha on the very next moment.

It is an open secret that Govt. of India (UPA 2) desires to demolish Narendra Modi in his home state. UPA 2 desires to turn Election: Gujarat Legislative Assembly: December 2012 as Waterloo for Narendra Modi. If it is done, there will not be any problem for Rahul_Sonia Gandhi in/after ensuing election to Lok Sabha.

Gujarat is getting ready for electing representatives to legislative assembly. War of nerves is at the extreme. Election Commission of India is determined to see that this election proves to be trend setter. Money power, muscle power coupled with political power is within controllable hemisphere. Press & electronic media seem to be responsible for the first time since the first general election. Media persons have to control their desire and greed to earn fabulously by filing paid news, views and advertisements. Editorial discretion is probably under constant vigilant scrutiny of the competitors, readers and more so of the Election Commission of India. Media at large and media persons in general are in a pitiable condition due to helplessness they experience in their overt and covert inability to make or mar the fortunes of the political party of their favour or dislike. This time, candidates in Gujarat know it too well that it is their first or last chance to get elected to the assembly not on their own capacity to win, but, in the name of the leader, be it Narendra Modi or Sonia_Rahul Gandhi. BJP in Gujarat is nothing but Modi-BJP Congress in Gujarat has no face other than that of mother son duo.

One man party, as it is called, BJP is a hopeless, worthless, spineless party made up of numerous mediocre workers who often pose as leaders .They are in nut shell manipulators. Saffron outfits like VHP, RSS, Bajrang Dal, and Durgavahini were given definite jurisdictions or areas of influence in govt. and semi govt. set up to make easy bucks by transfers and other services (!) rendered to the needy, be it general public or govt. employees. Narendra Modi abolished these areas of saffron influence as a successful measure to rout out corruption. As a result these outfits and their followers were rendered useless. Basic workers, the back bone of electioneering, lost the interest and gradually ceased to be effective. Corruption was apparently controlled but not really. Narendra Modi’s Gesatapo and KGB like functioning created a centralized machinery to accrue all benefits of the absolute power. Decentralised corruption was replaced by centralized corruption. The worst hit was Keshubhai Patel and politicians like him whose files were not getting any headway anywhere. All disgruntled elements thus got united under the banner of Gujarat Parivartan Party and mainstream Congress. Builders, land organizers, developers, industrialists, diamond merchants, jewelers, fraudulent elements, scamsters and black marketers, liquor traders, land grabbers, mafias, hard core criminals were the least affected by centralized set up of Narendra Modi and his regime. On the contrary they flourished and multiplied manifold to the extent of blackmailing the so called all powerful Narendra Modi ! Modi had to succumb to political touts like C R Patil. This has eroded Narendra Modi’s image to unimaginable extent.

The real politick of Gujarat, Narendra Modi and Congress is interesting in the sense that it has changed the game plans and game rules of many. Those who enjoy patronage of the present system want to be the decisive factor, irrespective of lack of any qualification, in all matters and manners. Mere proximity to Narendra Modi, in depth knowledge of his dealings and dependence on them become the greatest weakness of a person who aspires to be the next Prime Minister India. What could be the compulsions for this sort of surrender to CR Patil?

Lord Maghnad Desai appreciated Gujarat’s development under Narendra Modi’s Chief Ministership and in the same breath he categorically maintained that BJP strongman’s prime ministerial aspirations could only be realized if he ‘comes to terms with what happened in 2002’.He sees a possibility of Narendra Modi being a good man and if he becomes a good man then and then he can be a prime minister of India! Lord Meghnad Desai means to convey that all the prime ministers India had were good and they had not a past which can be termed as bad.

Lord Desai was in Ahmedabad to deliver convocation address at the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA). It seems he was deeply disturbed, as every one else is, to say that one should not forget gross injustice unless there was proper reconciliation adding it was not happening unfortunately. “Getting justice in India is very difficult if you are a victim of the powerful. It again does not mean that we should forget injustice”. He was sorry to say that justice had not been done even in 1984 Sikh massacre
cases in Delhi and killings of Muslims in Mumbai during post Babri demolition riots in 1993 when Sharad Pawar was chief minister. He said it was shameful that Indian political system had forgotten these incidents. “Forgetting injustice is very difficult and there can’t be one sided forgetfulness”

On recent appeal by Maulana G. M. Vastanvi that Muslims should leave behind the 2002 riots and move on, Desai said the issue of forgiveness arose only when there was a demand for it from the side of those considered guilty. ”Let people from the other side come forward and say sorry for their guilt but unfortunately that has not happened.”

In absence of evidence to get Modi convicted under law, he said, ”Modi as well as BJP have still to explain whether events of 2002 in Ahmedabad,Vadodara and Surat were justified as a reaction to what happened in Godhra, or do they think it was a failure of law and order ?”

“If Modi and BJP felt that post-Godhra killings were right and a revenge for Godhra, they should come out and say so openly,” Desai said.
